  1. Those guys lose significant weight the moment they stop forcing down daily 6000+ calories. I'd imagine he'd need at least a couple months just to get back up to weight once he decides he's even willing to return.
  2. You know he'll be watching the game film right?
  3. He also blatantly ignored wide open check-downs to chuck interceptions downfield
  4. Pretty cool to see Bills fans standing up to ESPN. Basically the Pinto Ron team wouldn't allow ESPN to bully their way into the ketchup scene and demanded that Barstool be the focal point.
  5. Did you watch Allen run off the field like he was expecting to return to the game? There is zero chance that he becomes too shell-shocked going forward. I'm more concerned that he's gonna get himself killed out there.
  6. Brady is done after this year. He'll be the reason they get bounced in the playoffs.
  7. I don't think we know what Tennessee is at this point (good team/bad team/okay team). So a loss AT Tennessee on it's own definitely doesn't write the team off as same old Bills. Plus Allen may not even play.
  8. Because speed of the game on it's own causes helmet to helmet contact. Also the slightest adjustments from all those involved in a tackle can result in helmet to helmet contact. If helmet to helmet contact only resulted from 'intent' then there would be no need for helmets in the first place.
  9. I would love for both our defenders to just annihilate the two receivers next time this were to happen. That's probably the best way to stop this kinda BS
  10. Very true, and I mean he's a big dude, and running backs take these kind of hits ALL the time, so it does make me wonder what's the difference that rbs aren't getting concussed left and right? They're just shiftier? lower to the ground?
  11. I keep hearing this argument, but as a defender you're still trying to stop the momentum of a player moving forward. The hit prevented Allen from gaining an additional yard. Allen's problem is that he still doesn't know what 'live to fight another day' means... The way he sacrificed his body on this run... he very irresponsibly put himself into harms way...and the game was not even close to being on the line at this point! He also may miss the next game... hurting the Bills even more god forbid they aren't able to beat the Titans with Barkely! He needs to get smart fast otherwise he'll play himself out of this league.
  12. I'd struggle to call it most critical. This team needs to just continue to make improvements week over week. Accomplish this, and they'll be a daunting task for any opponent come playoffs.
  13. It's a penalty. The Patriots are notorious for this play and always seem to get away with it. It's bad for the game and is one of the aspects that makes the game 'unwatchable' sometimes. Along with reviews, bad calls, tv timeouts, awful game flow.
  14. To call this 'The Real Test' implies that it's the most critical thing for the Bills. I see it as another learning opportunity for the team, and another gauge for us fans to put more/less eggs into the 'this team will make the playoffs' basket.
  15. I'm ain't mad I am am not mad AB's trying guys!
  16. In the heat of the moment, during the game, I was livid at Josh Allen and wanted him to be benched. The OP is absolutely correct in that his play at qb was putrid today, specifically in the 1st half. Today, I see this game as another calibration of Allen's development. I think he still needs to learn that he doesn't need to be a hero on EVERY SINGLE PLAY. 3 wins in a row where he was able to skate through some stretches of poor play clearly gave him some inflated understanding it means playing against NFL caliber players.
  17. The thing that had been bothering me about this upcoming game vs NE, is that Buffalo just hasn't played a complete game so far this season. They've looked so great early in all 3 contests, and then just seem to coast.. .Why is that?? However, my revelation is that with NE in town, there is zero chance of this happening! This Sunday, watch as the Bills trade punches with NE for 1.5 quarters before establishing total dominance in the 3rd and 4th quarters. This game will mark the end of the Patriots control of the league for REAL this time!
  18. I think Thielen benefits much more from Diggs than vice versa.
  19. I honestly think any of those guys would have been successful had Buffalo drafted them. I think with Allen they saw his size and arm strength that set him apart, and trusted their ability to develop him with their system. With past regimes I would have expected Buffalo to ruin even the like of a Mahomes... I think now we'll start seeing more successful drafts just from our coaches ability to develop players and put them in a system that works.
  20. Lets forfeit all the tough games this year so we can get smoked by the first good team we face in the playoffs.
  21. So far in 3 games, the Bills haven't come close to playing a 'complete' game. For this reason, I expect that the game will get out of hand due to a poor quarter or span of play by the Bills. But regardless, Buffalo just needs to focus on just getting better each week. So long as they continue to get better each week, this will be a totally different monster come week 17 and playoffs!
  22. I felt the O was getting too loose at this point in the game. I was good with reeling everyone back in to reset at the half.
  23. The question was what would make you consider Allen 'The chosen one'. I want this team to win a super bowl, not just win a fantasy league by starting Allen, and qb is often the most critical position at achieving this.
  24. Pretty simple, he's gotta win a Superbowl. Otherwise you're just another Andy Dalton.
