The Bills need a dynamic explosive RB so Allen has less designed runs, sorry to Singletary lovers on this site but 4.65 forty is too slow. You saw that in the KC game, he missed open holes because not enough burst/speed to the line. I like Singletary as a primary back-up but we need to upgrade the RB position for the sake of Allen taking less hits.
