  1. I still am waiting to see if they restructure and if that happens then I am fully on board. I just really want to see us sign some quality starting level CB, because White may not return until Nov and we lost Wallace in free agency. CB & guard are two positions we need to look at, I Bates is visiting the Patriots this weekend. The cheaters may just sign him to pull information out of him and then we need a starting guard.
  2. This is a different conversation, right now Chase Daniel was signed as a back-up for 2mllion cap hit and Tyrod Taylor has a 2.7 mllion cap hit this season. Bridgewater has one of highest at 6.5 mllion, but I believe he started last season. Need to get that 6.1 number to half so we can sign a CB or guard. BATES is meeting with Patriots, so both the CB position and guard spots could use a free agent signing.
  3. His number was at 8 mllion, it now stands at 6.1 million. If the number drops to 3-4 million then that could work
  4. Name calling when you don't agree? sorry if his cap number is at 6 million and we go into the draft without signing a CB then I don't like the trade. Now if the Bills restructure to get his number to around 3-4 million then I would be fine, still need money to sign Barkley who is rumoured to be coming in next week.
  5. We have serious hole at CB and could have signed as starting CB for that cap space, there are other QB options for less. This guy is 6'1 and average arm strength, if he was so good then why are the Browns trading him again? Most likely because they don't believe he can win while Watson serves his suspension, In my opinion the Browns should have given us a 5th or 6th to eat his contract. Again at 6 million I do not like this deal , this deal and Jones signing were not cap value moves and cost us being able to get a starting level CB. White say not be ready until Nov and we lost Wallace, I am really concerned with that position right now
  6. Unless he comes in around 3 mllion then I don't like this much cap space for a short QB (6'1) who has average arm strength and has had his best success in this league playing in a dome. I would have preferred just signing one of the free agent QB'S
  7. I see his number at over the cap at 6.1 mllion, go look at what some of the other QB'S free agents have signed for. Not crazy about this trade
  8. Too much cap space for a 34 old year who enjoyed his best success playing a dome, I have liked most of Beane's moves except this and the Jones signings. Cost too much and we could have signed someone for less
  9. Yes a very good receiver who played with a great QB, again not worth that kind of money
  10. This has to be great news for massage parlours in that area, Watson likes getting his 3 legs massaged after games
  11. If these guys stay healthy this will be the deepest and best d-line in team history. Amazing depth at inside and on edges, they almost have to either trade or cut Star
  12. You cannot teach speed and that is the big part that is missing from Singletary and Moss, nether has explosive speed or burst to the line. Even Thurman Thomas was only about 4.5 speed guy but Thomas had a burst getting to the hole
  13. The report that Pegulas wanted to make big offseason splash move to offset any criticism about receiving 1 billion for stadium was accurate. I think Miller has another 2 years of productive football and then you may be eating some dead money. I still like the move because pass rush and getting to the QB is been our biggest problem
  14. Von Miller’s six-year deal with the Buffalo Bills includes $51.5 million guaranteed, including $34 million fully guaranteed at signing, per sources.
  15. I remember reading draft report of scouts saying he was weak and did not move great. I hope he proves me wrong but I don't see him making to the start of this coming season
  16. No, Cody has been a bust and not surprised to see him get cut in preseason. Every time I see Cody I think of Metcalf and Brown, two elite WR'S we could have drafted over this bust
  17. It's over now no matter what, you don't go meeting with another QB if you had any confidence in your starter that was the #1 overall pick. Damage beyond repair and he is crying for attention The Cleveland Browns made their sales pitch to Deshaun Watson, who, despite ongoing legal entanglements, is getting to choose where he plays next, while their current starting quarterback posted a statement seemingly questioning his future with the franchise. A Cleveland contingent met with the controversial Watson in Houston on Tuesday, a person familiar with the meeting told The Associated Press. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the situation. It’s not known who from the Browns attended the meeting.
  18. Sadly this bust took away all the attention that should have been on the far more talented Allen, size and arm strength is night and day. Baker was an overhyped player from the start and Allen the only star from that draft class of QB'S
  19. Looks like he is much faster then 40 time, so he could help. I still hope the Bills draft another RB in the draft with great speed, not sold on Singletary as a starter because of his lack of speed. This guy looks like he has some burst
  20. Nothing to get excited about, average speed( 4.56) and average size. The name of the game is speed and we are still slow at RB,m. I am sure the experts will not agree
  21. Have we had any success with signing any former Panther,
  22. I am happy for Phillips and his family, but Viking overpaid on that one.
