Not sure if anyone mentioned Beanne trade at 4th rounder to move up 2 spots to draft this guy and now this. I this pick along with Cody Ford and Basham pick are 3 of his worse picks and giving Knox 14-15 mllion a season starting 2024 one his worse signings. Beane and his little buddy McDermott have really overcome some really bad choices and events. I think Beane needs to make a couple of deals using picks outside of our first to add one offensive player and one defensive player. Just making the playoffs with a top 3-4 NFL QB is an expected thing not an accomplishment. Fans forget during the draught of not making the playoffs, not one of those HC/GM'S had a even a top 5-8 QB running the team. So that excuse needs to stop, either they produce or one of the two needs to be fired. Same low football IQ dude not mad on draft night for the Bills taking Cody Ford and over not drafting either WR Brown or Metcalf are going to be getting defensive after reading this. Sit down, you were wrong on draft night and you're wrong today. I hope Beane can prove me wrong and make a deal or two, if not this season will end no better and maybe worse then last year. But But But But they ended the playoff draught and earned the right to never be questioned. They have jobs for life for some fans

I think more and more fans will want to see McDermott gone and bring in a young offensive minded HC. I also believe Dorsey's play calling is being highly influenced by McDermott to be slow

Ultimately there Beane's choices, the Elam & Basham picks are two of the worse and the Knox extension at 14-15 mllion is just stupid. If this season goes bad then I would like to see Pegula fire either one, I would prefer McDermott be let go and hire an offensive guy. You win in this league scoring and Sean is living in the Stone Age thinking caveman football can win you a title. I still have not got over the worse coaching display in NFL playoff history (13secs).

I think some of Beane's choices in the draft have McDermott's finger prints all over them, remember it McDermott who declined on Mahomes so he could draft a DB. The Elam pick makes no sense, he was known for being great in press man to man coverage and everyone knows McDermott plays soft zones. Not sure who scouted Boogie Basham because he is not a NFL player and we spent a second rounder on him. They could have drafted either Metcalf of Brown with a second rounder used to pick Cody Ford. Those 3 blunders alone are the difference between being a good team an elite team. Also can anyone please explain in what world does Dawson Know deserve 14-15 million a season starting in 2024? That contract is going to kill the Bills cap situation next year, for an average TE at best. These decisions have not been very good and then you look at his ability to draft depth. Does Beane even know what a LB looks like?

Let's hope Beanne makes a couple of moves to get another WR and maybe another corner or DT, if not this season will not end well and this team has too many older guys making big money. Time to retool and that starts with getting rid of McDermott . For the McDermott fanboys who keep saying no because we owe him everything for turning things around. I think they gave him plenty of opportunities and he has failed over and over. You can't waste a window with a top 3-4 QB because you have a HC who still thinks defence wins championships. I think we blew drafting some better and more talented players because they did not fit intro McDermott's character liking.

Problem is with Beane not surrounding Allen with better weapons

Unlike Beane who just continue to live off Allen, this guy is not afraid of making trades of substance and is the best in the business . Beane has been pretty much useless and all talk, wants to hang on to picks to give himself a chance to continue drafting busts. Elam/Ford/Basham to name a few BTW Beane could have had WR Brown on this team with the second rounder he used to draft bust Ford.

I think McDermott has his hands on this offence, he keeps talking about complimentary football. It's like he prefers these long time consuming drives to keep his defence off the field. Our success has come in just playing with pace and being explosive, to the point that we get so far ahead the other team becomes one dimensional.

It seems like once the Bills fall behind in games their answer is these long time consuming drives that sometimes ends up without points. The Bills have lost their identity and everything seems like a struggle. Very few if any big shot plays and not sure this by design pushed by McDermott to keep his defence off the field. One of their best drives yesterday was late when they played with urgency and impose their will. Very difficult to have 8 first down touchdown drives which seems like what the Bills having been trying to do. The key to the Bills success in previous years was score fast and just keep scoring.

Watching the Dolphins you have respect what they have done on offence. That team has speed all over the field , its not just Hill.

I never liked the cozy McDermott/Beane pairing, if they flame out then at least one of the two should be gone after the season.

I said before the season started that this team did not do enough this offseason to correct issues that were highlighted in their playoff loss to Cincy. The Harty signing looks bad and that money could have been used for another receiver. Chris Simms mentioned this week, they expect too much from Allen and Diggs and Gabe Davis is just not a #2 receiver. Like why did the Bills bring back both Brown and Beasely at the end of last season? Offence is just not good enough to score enough points to win games with this current defence. We just played two of the worse teams in the NFL and could easily have gone 0-2 if not for a no holding call in the end zone. The 12 personal smells like McDermott and his caveman football to keep his defence off the field. It's not working and they need to go back to faster pace 3-4 wide receiver sets.

Having Allen is the turn around

Without Allen this team is no better then any of the drought teams. McDermott thinks caveman football wins and gave up Mahomes to draft a DB. He has done some good things but with a top 4 QB which drought teams never had

He did 13 secs, stop making excuses or talking about making the playoffs. The fact is they made the playoffs because Cincy made some crazy late touchdown play. He has screwed up in big moments and should have hired a defensive cordinator to focus on HC duties.

I expect a win against the Bucks, they need to look at the tape and see that playing fast on offence is the way to go. Make the adjustments and hopefully Beane grows a pair and goes and gets a receiver because unless your football stupid you have to see that Davis as our #2 receiver has been a problem and this goes back to last season. The fact is the Bills went out and brought back Beasely and Brown at the end of last season because the offence was struggling. Those two were on the street snd Allen made the request.

I agree about the swing pass for 30 yards cannot happen, just seem like the Bills db's were all playing too far off the line which allowed for quick passes.

I disagree, you accept the call and get the extra down to burn clock and force Pats to use at least one more time out. That effects how they play out their final drive
