I agree but winning 2 of those 3 games against Pats/Jets and Broncos and they are lined up to win the division in a season where there is no Joe Burrow or any dominant team. We could easily see the Jags or Dolphins in the Super Bowl this year.

This is a win league business, when you win everything is good and when you don't win then the knives come out. I guarantee you this, if this team loses 2 or more of their final 5 games and miss the playoffs that included our defence giving up leads late in games then the knives will come out. It was McDermott who named himself DC and said he would fix things on defensive side of the ball. McDermott supporters will be far fewer and media will be running that Dunn report over and over. All the negatives will be highlighted and you will hear more reports of players making comments about McDermott. Easy for Terry to give his full support now because he has no choice. Terry cannot let some players believe they can just tune out McDermott because he won't be around next season. If I'am Terry I do the exact same thing or McDermott easily loses the locker room. The simple reality is, If they miss the playoffs then everything is on the table, that includes Terry talking to key players to find out about any communication issues. The fact is if the Bills miss the playoffs everyone will point to losing games to Jets/Pats and Broncos. Even if they won 2 of those 3 games they are in great shape to win the division right now, they were not prepared to play any of those games and that is on the HC.

I agree, I also think he is getting his information from someone currently with the Bills who wants him gone. I don't think he goes with this solely on speaking with guys no longer with the team that may have a beef with Mcdermott .

I see someone in the Bills organization wanting McDermott to be fired or Dunne does not do this right after Philly game. Maybe Pegula's people, maybe Diggs's people or maybe Allen's people. This story never happens unless someone goes to Dunn and gives them the receipts or tell Dunn who to call. Why did we not see this story come last season? How soon before ESPN is writing this story up? Not good and the pieces all add up, McDermott accepted no responsibility after 13 secs and so many other heart breaking defeats. A well coached team with a talented roster and op 4 OB do not lose to the Jets/Pats/Broncos

This seems very weird to see this investigation done up during this season. Why now? is this Pegula's people behind it to lay the foundation out before firing this guy. Like why is Dunn doing this, does he really want to start a war with the HC of Bills? Unless he thinks or knows the chances are very slim that McDEMOTT is the HC next season. Winning out and making the playoffs could change the vibe but if that does not happen and the BILLS miss the playoffs then this report from behind the scenes will get repeated and read by others in national media. Pegula may seem like a softy but you don't make the kind of money he has made because your stupid. The 9/11 report and this is not good and this season has had so many heart breaking defeats. I still think that no matter what media or fans think or say the one guy that can tell Pegula it's time to move on is Allen still in his prime. I do believe the description of being narcissistic just based on naming himself the new DC. Has he accepted or admitted the defence has failed miserably late in games so many times after the offence has given them late game leads.

If this stuff is all true then I prefer him to be replaced because the Bills will never win with a guy like that in charge.

Not surprised to hear that McDermott is looked as some narcissistic control freak, that is why I don't believe Dorsey was all to blame of offence falling backwards after Dabol left. McDermott wants caveman football and that means running the ball more.

Thanks for sharing that is very exciting to see, I think this offseason will be about resetting and getting back to being a dominant offensive team. The WR room needs improvement, I think were fine at RB/TE and maybe could use a new starting center if Morse moves on. I think with a new DC and possibly new scheme we can maybe salvage Elam and the Bills have enough young pieces to have a reset at the safety position. Right now safety position will be the biggest change I can see. Again great stuff and I believe if the Bills bring back McDermott then we are going tp see some splash roster moves

I like your confidence but I prefer to take it one game at a time. Unless this team gets back their killer mentality and that means getting up on teams and just continuing to pour it on then I worry about our defence and letting teams back into games. They need to start setting goals of scoring 35-40 points or more a game and never trying to run the ball when they are up. Score fast and continue to score, that was our identity 2 seasons ago. I still remember Jerry complaining that the Bills were still passing the ball up 3 scores in the 4th.

The main factors were that it was a Sunday night game everyone was watching and the pass interference came at the end of the game. Missed calls on the Bills mostly were in the first half. I just hope Terry and Beane sent the tape in to the league offices

Two different situations, one person under age claiming she was raped the other common law who now says nothing happened . Not unusual for couples to get into heated arguments, some times the woman punches and man gets blamed. No one knows what happened but it's not like she changed her story a week later, denied anything happened less then 24 hours. The allegations of underage gang rape were sickening and her lawyer was pushing graphic descriptions daily on social media. Two totally different situations How about Allen and his girlfriend getting into argument the night before Cincy playoff game The Bills had no choice because the media would be asking questions on a daily basis. Now we find out the whole thing was made up, in fact there is a video of the accuser attending a party very intoxicated and bragging about her sexual conquests.

I think he his girlfriend now saying nothing happened could be the difference and save him from just being cut by the Bills. Unless she sent to the hospital for serious injuries then no proof or video that anything happened. She could be charged for making false claims and receive just probation and a fine which still saves VON guaranteed money owed. I am sure Von and his lawyer told her how much money he would lose and to change there story
