I would hire a QB scout who just scouts the QB position and make drafting at least 1-2 per year until to hit on one.

He is a reporter and not a player, stick with reporting sports news and not how you feel about a city.

Ryan brings so many positives that we did not have with our last coach, he choose us over both SF & Atlanta who have much better QB situations.Love his passion for the game and players love him.Just a great hire and I am looking forward to seeing his first presser, when can we say that almost every local media guy (including Jerry) are please with a Bills coaching hire.For once we will not have to see a presser where Russ Brandon has to explain and defend a hiring of coach who was no a very popular choice (no sales job needed).

This guy is a little worm who talks down about Buffalo and was always promoting the lower end of coaching candidates as good for a place like Buffalo.Was shocked that Ryan would even consider coming here. I have heard him speaking bad about Buffalo many times on a Toronto radio station the 590 the fan when franchise was for sale.

I heard he has been offered head of parking down at One Bills Drive 5 year deal on the table $12 bucks a hour. He is holding out for having opt out after two years something he learned from his buddy Marrone.

I heard is either takes a consulting job with the Texans or will open a punting academy.Either way he has many options here with his coaching skill set

Marrone will accept consulting position with Texans, they need his advice on punting and speaking to press about injuries.

Great hire for the following reasons -Has had great success against NE and Brady -Players love playing for him (can attract free agents) -Shows front office is not the same with hiring a brand name coach/enough with the no name BS coaches they have hired in the past. -4 and 2 in the playoffs including beating NE in NE (other then the tainted win this year when have we even won in NE against Brady) -Made the playoffs with average QB -Will have a great defense with or without our currect DC -Great leader -Shows national media that big names will come to Buffalo

Terry & is wife are not losers, this is a business with national exposure.Maybe if Marrone was a two time super bowl winner not some average coach that you do not even hire yourself (came with the business).

Not even if you can get Marrone & Whaley to sit down and work through there issues, you would look like a joke to the national media.How would you get the fans to buy this?You forget Marrone is not Vince Lombardi with a bunch of super bowl rings on his resume he is a average coach that no team wants and now you invite him back.

Brandon makes all decisions based on sales not interested on how it works out for the football side of the business.Hired Marrone because he wanted to tap into Syracuse market and tried selling him as innovative & cutting edge.Why didn't the Browns feel the need to give there coaching hire that same year (who they fired after one season)a 4million opt out clause?Now he is trying to push the Frank Reich angle on everyone (from our glory days).Great sales guy of BS not so good on football decisions.

No it was said this morning in the news that interviews were taking place in Florida today.
