The Bills need to add some size at WR & TE , get some players that are 6'5 who can improve our mid range passing game

Another loser move on Whaley's watch, we kept this garbage RB because of his special teams play and our special teams has sucked bad this season. Keeping a leader vet like Fred Jackson gives you a guy who can still make some plays and does not play stupid football.

I think TT can get better and improve on the mid range passing, we also need to get him some much better YAC type of receivers. Was not bad but needs to learn on key 3rd & less then 5 either make the quick short throw or run for the first done.

Many changes will be required, this team lost games that you should have won, here are some ideas. Feel free to add you know - Fire D cordinator, not enough big plays(sacks/turnovers) with a defense that Rex wanted to compare with the 85 Bears to start the season (Petite may be available for a return after getting fired from Browns. They are still very good friends and this allows Petite an opportunity to fix this mess on defense and get credit for it) - Fire ST coach who never should have returned after Marrone left, (ST were complete garbage) - Need to find a kicker who can also kickoff, we are the only team in league that has kickoff kicker - Find a play making LB who can make tackles ( too many missed tackles this season) - Draft a QB for development, not sure about TT but he has been good at times in his first year as a starting NFL QB - Find a real # 2 receiver who can make plays and open things up for Sammy. Keep in mine Rex is not going to get fired after one season.

The REFS are really showing Rex who the bully is this season, can you stay 60 mins with the Bully Rex?

You are correct, with all the attention Sammy gets he should have plenty of room to make plays. Looks very slow out there and should have know more then anyone that the ball hit the ground, just did not want to look bad for dropping a pass when he was wide open. The guy is NFG and should be released, Whaley should tel him tommorrow that if he does not show more to finish the season they will move in another direction and part ways after the season.

No excuses, and someone screwed up two game deciding plays. How you cannot challege the two plays today is just stupid and not NFL coaching.

Someone needs to be fired today, no excuses that we did not challege two key plays today and the one that we did challege was weak. The pass in the first half that KC had was a trap and 4th quarter pass to Hogan was a completed pass.

The bottom line is EJ should be cut after the season and if Whaley does not want to do it then Pegula needs to fire him. We should draft 2 QB'S and let them groom while Taylor starts. This franchise has sucked for years because of the most important position on the field. EJ is garbage and is just good at talking a good game.

Was more interested in EJ having success then the team , when the team wins the division then you can start that conversation. Ryan was the one who pushed for Taylor at QB or we would forced to watch EJ.

We can only hope tonight is the start of seeing more aggressive attacking style type of defense.

I started this topic on Sunday and there has been many different views. The bottom line is the defense is not what most fans were hopeful for, we are not making enough explosive defensive plays, not enough turnovers and too many penalties/missed tackles. For the Bills to be a competitive playoff contender the defense was expected to be great or least very good. This is not happening after 8 games, teams seem to be doing what they want.

First I would not resign Nigel, these guys miss tackles all over the field and have almost zero impact plays except Brown in Miami.

You draft a QB and give him a opportunity to learn at a slower pace. I love TT but he is not a franchise QB, good story and has played well but he is not a franchise QB

Great win today(our offense won this game), but this defense is average for sure. How many completions did we give up? and do we have any LB who can make tackles? I was getting pissed with the amount of yards after the catch today. I am fine with Whaley letting Nigel leave in free agency, he and Brown missed tackles all over the field. This has happened all season either I missed tackle or penalty for a late hit. Also did Mario Williams or MD even make one play today for the 200mill in salary? The only guy making plays seemed to be Hughes and Darby has been a warrior on the corner.

Terry needs to address the whole management team, no more QB frauds and we need to hire a couple direct QB scouts. Find a freaking QB and stop this madness. Let these two scouts do nothing but scout QB'S and draft one if not two every season until we hit on one. EJ is lucky to be a third stringer in this league.

Maybe it is me but this team does not look prepared to play on either side of ball week after week. There has been only one game where we came out on both sides of the ball looking to attack our opponents weakness (Miami). Coaching has been on level with Dick Jauron teams, Rex needs to get both sides in attack mode.

Hey dude if you want to be even near the level of a great/elite defense then your defense gets a three and out. How many sacks does this defense have this season? Fans need to understand that we have zero chance this season unless this defense starts playing lights out. Our offense does not score enough to just have an average defense. That is a fact!

Sorry but after we score and they start at their 16 yard line, we need a three and out. You put them away right there and give them no hope or an opportunity for a ref to make a dumb late call. Stop making excuses, the Jags were ranked 30th on offense coming into this game.

Just seems like this defense cannot make a play when the team needs to get a stop. Yes that was a bad call on Robey, but how many big explosive plays has this defense come up with this season when we needed plays to be made. They also let the Jags hold onto the play for almost 10 mins in the opening drive of the third. Just not getting enough for this team to win so far, remember the Jags were ranked 30th on both sides of the ball coming into this game. It looks more like a Dick Jauron defense

Until Terry instructs this Bill management to draft a QB every season until we find one this franchise will see these types of performances and games that we lose in the 4TH quarter. Whaley refused to draft any QB this year and last because he wants EJ to succeed. Whaley just does not get "it"

Whaley should just either cut or trade away EJ and move on, he should have given up those two number ones and more for the QB we will be facing Sunday. EJ is a great kid and better talker but is not an starting NFL franchise QB. Time to move on and get it right, this league is all about passing the ball and scoring points. As we have seen having expensive defensive players means nothing.

Hard to get pressure on the QB when you rushing three guys and your DB'S are playing soft coverage. Rex and his staff are getting outcoached week after week. When you play not to lose you will lose, zero sacks/zero turnovers and one hit on the QB.

Whaley should go back to the Steelers, between giving up 2 number ones for Sammy and drafting EJ he should be shown the door. The guy just does not get "it". He said that EJ had the "it" factor after drafting him, yes the bust it factor
