Last year i mention JJ and everyone said he was done, now he is available and we have everyone talking about him. At the same time i mentioned JJ i also said our defense was not good enough and would cost us against good offences in the playoffs and that is what happened. The defense is not going to get better unless Beane replaces 2-3 starters. If Milano wants to return then you pay him around 7-8 milll tops or find and upgrade for the type of money he wants (14 mllion)

Yet no Milano in that group, amazing that he thinks of himself so highly in a year when there is less cap space and more players to be cut and available.

I mentioned trading for him last season and plenty of people shot that idea down saying we were good at DE. The fact is if Beane wants to beat KC and get to the Super Bowl he will need to retool that defense including cutting Butler/Jefferson & Addsison and letting Milano walk if he really believe he deserves more than 7-8 a season. That dude is an average LB when you compare him with star LB'S in this league, paying him more is not going to make him better.

Beane needs to make some cuts and not overpay Milano who is an average to good LB, he is not going to carry you to wins on his own with game breaking plays

Talent is not there to do it, people need to open their eyes, other than White our defense is mostly a bunch of average players

End of the day the Bills defence does not have the play makers that Tampa has and it showed, the Bills need at least 3 new starters in their front 7. Let Milano walk and sign a play making LB, either one of Tampa's LB'S who are free agents will do. Get rid of Butler/Jefferson and Addison who did next to zero this season and use that money to sign a DE or true space eater. This defence was a huge problem most of the season and was covered up by Allen and our offence, so replacing 2-3 starters is needed because we cannot beat KC with what we have. In our secondary it would not be an bad idea to take a look at replacing one of the two safeties if the right player becomes available through draft or free agency, both guys are slow and no longer making the huge plays that they were when they first arrived. Having said that , I also think if we can fix our front 7 so it can provide more consistent pass rushing then i think we can go another season with our safeties. Pass rush & coverage or length of time DB'S can stay with a player go hand and hand. Yes i agree that Frazier needed to be most aggressive but Tampa has better talent and Bowles did not have to blitz to get pressure on Mahomes. On offensive side of the ball i would focus on finding a true feature RB with enough speed to make big plays both running and on screens when teams start sending extra guys.

Sorry these two below are both free agents, i would take either one and that would upgrade the play making at the LB position. Barrett seem like the better pass rusher and David seems like the better at covering backs & TE'S. As for Fournette, just a name i threw out there and the main point being is we need to bring in someone new as our #1 RB . Singletary is both slow and too small, not a good combination to have. He game is all about trying to juke out defenders and that may work in college but not happening in the NFL. Moss i would keep around as a solid #2 RB Shaquil Barrett OLB Lavonte David OLB

The problem is some fans on this get emotionally attached to players and don't understand that our defence has no play makers other then maybe White. You need to add play makers if you plan on beating KC and getting to the Super Bowl to win it. Guys like Addison/Jefferson/Butler , any or all need to be cut. We need to retool this defence and get real RB. I would also consider cutting one of the two safeties and replacing with someone who has speed, because both guys are too slow

Big difference and LB'S never let him get a free release, there was no pitch & catch. We need to retool our defence if we really want to help Josh and getting a real NFL RB is also a must this offseason. Fournette is a free agent, sign him and save our picks for defensive side of the ball

There is no player on this roster that qualifies as am elite pass rusher, Beane needs to cut 3-4 defensive guys who carry huge cap money and get a couple of play makers on defence. Milano is free to walk if he thinks he deserves anything more than 7-8 mill, in fact David for the Bucs is a free agents who i would love to see in a Bills uniform. End of the day our defence was a problem all season long, covering TE'S was a problem all season long

It not just run blocking it having a explosive RB who hits the hole, neither Singeltary or Moss provide that. Beane is not going to change the line because our RB'S are both too slow, too many other needs. The focus should be retooling out defence and getting an explosive RB who makes big plays

Beane has to rebuild this defence and that includes letting Milano go and replacing one of the starting safeties. Kelce will be 32 next season, you cannot allow him to run all over the field on you.

Bills cannot be afraid of signing guys who get cut, Fournette got cut and we went with Moss and Singletary. Singletary has no business being a starting RB, KC used the same defence tonight that they used against us. The difference is Brady could hand off to Jones & Fournette

After watching David shut down Kelce tonight i think Milano's agent just lost a ton of leverage, i have no problem seeing him walk. Both LB'S from Tampa Bay including David are free agents. We need more play makers in the front 7 and a real RB. Fournette is also a free agent,
