Beane signs guys who would clean toilets on other teams. This team is horrible and there is no way we go to any Super Bowl at this point. You all really want to play Detroit or the Rams in the Bowl? This team has some serious issues and were already 3 million over the cap to start next season. McDermott is WAY to predictable and makes some of the worst play calling. This team is wasting Josh away. The way its goings, you will ass Josh along with the 90's 4 failed Super Bowl attempts and the only team to ruin a QB. The Sabres are in the same sort of mess. This whole "One Buffalo" sceme should be named One Giant Pile of crap. Not easy being a fan of teams in this town anymore and hasnt been for almost 30 years. Some could say EVER.... Beane is not a great GM... We have Issues with coordinators on both sides of the ball, out scouts need to go, and we need some new conditioning / trainors on this team that know how to keep guys out of the medical tent. This is a total disaster and one of the WORST defences I have ever seen in the NFL. I wouldnt call this post a mad fan but where am I wrong here guys. Tired of hearing the "culture" horsecrap.

I feel Pegula got lucky with Beane and McDermott but they are not great.... McDermott is the modern age Marty Schottenheimer.... So close but no cigar... Beane has to be the WORST 1st and 2nd round selector (minus Allen, but Allen put the work in, not Beane to be great) in the history of the NFL... Salary cap is over 3 million next season already... I think we will see the last coach hired of the Buffalo Bills that we know today. This team is sad and we are haunted by a owner who is lost his mind back in the early 90's. They will be gone after this next disaster. This team will never get back to being a contender. Lots of fans do not have that passion for the Bills anymore and after the FA period, you will see people bail for the door. There will be no Owens to save the day for the season ticket holders. Yeah, the Bills sell out, so what? Most people go for the gameday parties and to get railed. Same crap, different year. I quit buying into it after the whole Doug Flutie playoff situation. Ralph should not own this team, bottom line. Nobody wants to manage, coach, or play for the Buffalo Bills. A sad situation and not fair for the people and fans of this team. Most loyal fanbase in the NFL and it would wreck the city if they left. I think its a dead situation anymore and this coaching situation is straight moronic. Ralph said he was going to open his pocketbook for a coach? Id like to see those offers!

Crosby is one person and he no way near the "Next Great One" He is a good player and great at times but not always special. He lets his emotions get the best of him and crys like a whore paid in pennies. The rest of that team is not playing well and the chemistry is not there.
