When do they exercise Josh’s option? I saw a bunch done today with other teams..

I think Beane did what he needed to do this draft on the defensive side of the Ball. I’m excited to see what the new guys bring to the table. This is a big year for Knox and Devin. Despite being a top three offense is it the lack of a home run hitter in the backfield that is asking Josh to throw 40 plus times a game. I’m sure there is some correlation between our Wr being so beat up by the final game and the amount of throwing. Josh carried a lot in his shoulders this season. He was pretty much our running threat. I realize tight ends just don’t turn into stars so I’ll give him this year. But Knox needs to become a better blocker asap and a reliable outlet for Josh. To me these two areas are the remaining question marks and could dictate how this season plays out. Lets hope improved line blocking helps out with some of this!

Is there any value for a Super Bowl ready team to have three six round draft picks? What not package for Ertz or something..

I can’t even keep track anymore of how many lineman we have sitting on this roster from free agency to draft.

Yep, I think Beane really has solidified much of this roster. the question that really remains to be seen to this point in my mind is what will Devin, Moss and Knox bring to the table this season. We really need them to step up.

In my opinion, I think Cleveland has quietly built a roster that can compete with anyone. I know we laugh at Baker but I thought he wasn’t that bad last season. Offensively they have some nice Wr and Odel coming back. They probably have a better running game than us. If they get their defense figured out there is no reason to think that they won’t be in the conversation for top spot. The AfC is just loaded with some good teams and the East will be a dogfight.

The draft Kind of lacks excitement being at 30, the price of success I guess. lol But man we have pumped a lot picks into the dline this regime..I get it, we need it now and in the future. I hope these two guys come in and bring some nastiness. I wonder if w even considered Elijah Moore? Would have been fun to see what Dabol could do with him. As much as Love our current core Beasley Emmanuel are getting up in age. As much as we throw they were really beat up by playoffs. it sucks seeing these guys go to other teams in our division as well. Can we trade a sixth for Ertz now?

I can’t say I’ve seen much tape on him so I’m all for trying to improve a weakness. Willing to be open minded on this pick. I was kinda intrigued by Moore, still think we need to inject more speed into the offense and find an eventual Beasley replacement. Maybe tough to slot him in though. Let’s hope this works out or Beane to our Dline will be known like Belichick is to drafting WR.

This is such a great post. One think about Allen is he has never whined about his situation and has always been the first to take the blame. He has been pretty much been doubted his whole career even so much into two seasons of the Nfl. Those of us who actually watched the games instead of stat line or highlights could see something special. You can go to a Miami message board today and still find the posters who believe he will fall from grace this season. That last season was an outlier. I don’t buy the comparisons to situation like a Wentz because he has gradually been accsending each season. At some point that will hit a flatline and maybe we have seen his best or maybe we will see even more . No doubt where he is now is more than enough to be our franchise.

So now I’m pulling for Darnold and hope this comes back to haunt the Jets for the next ten years!

We kicked the bucket around with how many different Quarterbacks from Jim to Josh? All we showed for it at best was maybe some 7-10 Win Seasons. We had one of the longest playoff drought in the Nfl and yet we were decent enough to never really have a shot at a Franchise Qb. And when we did maybe for a guy like Wilson we passed. I would probably give up a few years of numbers ones over that time if it meant finding the right guy. I think if you have a guy in site you go get him. Waiting to think he may fall to you almost never works out. It only took 20 years for me to wait for Josh to come along and football is as exciting as ever with this team. We have a legitimate shot to hoist a Super Bowl over the next few seasons. Now that being said it doesn’t always work out for some but if you don’t take the shot you never know.

A slight name alteration could have represented our Guys well on GameDay with visuals to back it.

It’s great for us Watson didn’t land In the AFC East. I think Houston missed the boat. It sounds like their true intentions were to trade him before the draft but publicly spinned he was never for sale. If someone came in and had offered the farm they probably should have taken it. Then all the allegations came out. Now we all wait and see what happens in this saga, followed by the continuing saga with where he ends up playing. That franchise is a disorganized mess and I’m not sure Nick Caserio has done anything impressive to be honest. There is nothing about the Texans that would excite me as a fan in any way at this point.

I’m thinking Cb at 30? Will there be some good talent available? I don’t think Levi is really viewed as our number 2. Or is Jackson ready to step into that role..

I came away quite impressed with Sanders when he spoke to the media. I think this was a great signing to replace Brown. He is going to have a lot of opportunity to do some big things in our offense. He also understands what bringing a Championship to Buffalo would mean.

Bills Seahawks on Nfl network right now. What a first drive! Josh is just a beast on the field. The cap was a beauty Touchdown throw and catch to McKenzie. I think Josh is going to be deadly this year. He is going to cut teams apart with the precision of a surgeon.
