I guess short answer for me is Yes. I think he improved enough this season to me where other teams now need to account for him. Keep him around at a fair contract.. he shouldn’t be paid anywhere near the top but I’m hesitant to start over with a Rookie.. I think we need to go all in for a Super Bowl run like now. Unless there is sure upgrade we can draft late (i do not know enough about the college guys to make that assertion) I’d like us to focus on other areas to improve..

It’s going to be love hate with Mahomes.. he is the top Guy. I think him and Josh are buddies. I remember seeing them stay at place in Augusta together during Masters week. He’s got a whack brother and fiancé though who I can’t stand. He should dump them both.

I have to root for the Rams.. I would be ok I’m with a Bengals win today but a Super Bowl win would bother me a bit. And its nothing against the Bengals, I love watching them but selfishly Only because for everything we have been building and trying to achieve since 2017, it would seem to me that they got there faster. After Kc I think we should be the next team from the AFC to win a ring.

Think Tierney could be in play for Giants OC. He's got a history with Daboll dating back to Bama. Ryan Talbot @RyanTalbotBills Shea Tierney is another coach I could see the #Bills losing regardless of what Ken Dorsey decides. Tierney was an offensive analyst under Brian Daboll at Alabama and joined him in Buffalo in 2018 as an offensive assistant. Promoted to assistant QBs coach in 2020.

I hve no issue Mcd placing Daboll in line and if him and Dorsey had an issue so be it. Not sure that can be substainated in any way though. Daboll was headscratching so many times..and at times the results were not good enough. But he rightfully earned the chance to be a Head Coach so it was inevitable for him to leave. Obviously Josh has only ever known one guy. But these are professionals, smart guys who will come in and lay out their offense. I’m not worried about our guys needing to learn new terminology. They have been playing football forever. Mcd just needs to being someone in With an innovative mind. If he wants a safe offensive coach Mcd will be done. This offense is meant to be big play explosive.

We are not going to a run centric offense. You do that when you have a Jonathon Taylor or Derrick Henry, not our backs. That’s not to say A good runnjng game would be helpful to Josh though. It just won’t be our focus. There has got to be some smart minds out there that would be chomping at the bit to work with Josh.

Congrats to Daboll! I respect that he didn’t choose the Miami job staying out of our division. I guess he can remain relatively close to home as well.. Don’t count out a reunion down the road..

Did you guys catch that blip about Pebble near the end? Josh is listed in the celebrities field at the Pebble Beach Pro Am next Sunday.

I think Josh is skipping to play in the Pebble Beach Pro Am which ends on the Same Sunday. There was a little mention of this in the Palmer interview I caught so I checked and he is on the list of celebrities. I have heard he has spent time With Jim Nantz in the past golfing and getting to know each other. Maybe Jim had some influence to get him In.

I had a rough Monday then much better week. I’ve accepted it. We had a great opportunity but nothing in this game we love is for certain..Mahomes is a great Qb and they are headed to their fourth AFC championship. They are doing something right. Lots of what ifs.. what if Trey never got hurt? What if We never lost to Jax? What if we had home field. No one I talk to mentions 13 seconds, all I hear is what an amazing game. Josh was out this world. Just came up short. That’s football.. So I’m excited to see where we go from here. I’m feeling an MVP season coming from Josh.. hopefully home field and that that this is the year. I really want to get there while Hyde and Poyer are here together!
