Tonight I would love to see a Three and Out from our D to start. Get to Stafford, Make him uncomfortable, maybe a Sack. Establish that we are here to play, Hit Hard, set the tone. The last thing I want to see is the Rams establish a long drive, runs being broken. Linebackers a step behind the Receivers on crossing routes.. Last year we had a lot of Bend but not break drives . I want that to change. I wonder how much Knowledge Von was able to convey to our staff?

I’m a bit surprised. Loved what Shakir has shown to date. I kinda felt like they would try to find ways to get him involved whether returning kicks. I mean he looked totally calm and collected out there in preseason and had a knack of getting open and making plays I hope they are not overthinking this..

I guess the Bengals Offense must be overly simple to figure out..or according to some Bengals Fans the Te position group is their worst. Sounds like they have some injury issues as well. Howard seems to be making out ok financially throughout all this.

Howard has to be one of the biggest disappointments in my mind. I thought maybe he could be a sneaky good signing who could thrive and revive his career with Josh.. but the contract looks about horrible as his performance.. I think Duke became a long shot to make this team when Cook was drafted.

I think the plan is to cut him knowing he will sign here to be on the practice squad. I think by all indications he wants to be here and can still be a valuable sounding board even though not active on game day.
