This team certainly seems to be a Second Half Team. I think I’ve cracked the code.. Mcd is willing to let teams show their hands for the first half. And he allows it to happen. Coaches will develop a false sense of security knowing their plan is working.. but it’s not. They have taken the bait. At Halftime Mcd goes Beast mode and makes about 173 adjustments. We got them.

Yeah agree. On one hand I’d like to think being a Division Game, coming off a stretch of incredible efforts since Kc that maybe it was more of a step back take a breath kinda week.. But on the other hand, some concerning trends are lingering. At the same time, Baltimore and Kc keep rolling week in and out and that bothers me. I am a bit concerned about slow starts, a D that is getting slashed early and often. Once again I fear we are going to be asking a lot of Allen come playoff time.

I think everyone is forgetting about Indy. It’s more likely that Indy get in if Denver drops both and Indy wins out (can be tied record wise with cinci as well) Indy is at Giants and home to Jax .. pretty favourable if your playoffs chances depended on it.

The Bills coaches never have a feel for when teams will attempt a screen pass against them..we can never stop those plays..

I think the Shannon Sharps and Cam Newton types are trying to do their best to make a case for Lamar but I don’t believe the vote will be as close as some think. One Qb has beaten the only one loss Chiefs with an MVP Moment. One Qb also led his team to victory against maybe the NFL top team Lions at the time. MVP moment against Sf. Mvp voters have also realized that prior to the season the Bills were written off due to the amount of players leaving the team. Josh is elevating players around him. Baltimore was also considered a favorite with the signing of Henry.. almost a cheat code in that backfield. MVP just doesn’t necessarily mean best stats.

I think the Lions put in a new turf in 2023 which was the season after Von tore his Acl. I can’t speak to how good it is but I think it’s been better than that Thanksgiving game we remember.

Maybe it's just me, be but it feels like lot of Analysts now seem to be changing their tune to how Special and Amazing Josh is. I don't remember a year where more and more coming out in the media proclaiming him the top Player in the NFL. You still got a few morons still there like Shannon Sharpe spewing CTE thoughts.. Maybe the turnovers were always the sticking the point, but now that he is playing Clean football and continuing to bring his game that we have seen for years, when Josh is ON, he is practically unstoppable. I can see us getting a lot of national games again next season because people want to see Josh and the Bills play. Which is why I think, the media is and will now pointing the bullseye directly on McDermott. We can't keep wasting these special performances by Josh year after year. It must just grow tiresome at some point. If this happens in the playoff the blowback on MCD is going to be intense.

Not sure but the focus on here seems to get everyone healthy into the playoffs… I don’t know how you guarantee it yet at this point. But if the question is play for number seed my vote would be yes

5 games left is way too many games in my mind to think about this. We can be over protective in not needing to rush Guys back but I think we will be revisiting this more near the end. 1 or 2 seed is an absolute must to get a few home games in Buffalo.

I have a couple thoughts just brewing in my head.. I have this weird feeling that everytime Josh and the Offense steps onto the field, we are going to score at this point. I think he has complete command right now of what he sees and how to attack, no moment is too big, like if he was Captain of the Titanic right now I’m thinking we all survive. Credit to Mcd when many thought on this board was a “reload season” When you look at some of the real messes other teams have on their hands..we are sitting here with 5 straight AFC East titles. We have to be something like 15-2 in our last 17 regular season games..in the NFL..

I was totally wrong going into the season with the release of Morse and trade of Bates. I thought we were taking a huge step back. This a nasty Oline and playing really well. Like you said we have great Depth.
