  1. I personally feel that Beane would have to be mental to to trade any of our cb’s. First, last year showed how fast injuries can happen and test your depth. We play in the Afc loaded with top Qbs everywhere you turn. I actually hope Benford starts or it it won’t be long when Jackson gets toasted out there. I think we should try to win a Super Bowl first before trading anyone promising. If anything Beane will trade Dline. But to your point.. Beane has a way of looking to showcase certain players for trade..
  2. Feel bad as by all accounts he worked so hard to get back. Wishing him all the best.
  3. Mcd will have it all figured out in two weeks. We are totally ready for the Jets!
  4. I agree to An extent But Pitt still moved the ball with ease on us. Self inflicting penalties have been a problem in the past. I do think Josh, Gabe and Kincaid had a fantasic night tonight.
  5. I’m surprised so many think we are just going to roll the Jets on opening night. I see an extremely physical Jets D getting ready to feast on our Oline. We can’t trust Dawkins or Brown. It’s not naive to think that many teams in the AFC wil be able to play with us. the difference maker needs to be Josh..and once again we are going need Josh to be Superman out there.. How many game changing ridiculous plays will Allen make just to be called back by another hold? I’m at about. 6 confidence level that this team is ready for the environment that awaits.
  6. At the Lions game, that is all lol Actually just great to be back at some live football. Every time before the Lions possession they had to announce the Qb was number 50. I don’t think anyone has used the new kickoff rule. One time the Lions guys kinda hesitated on whether to fair catch or run. Jack Campbell’s name has been mentioned a few times.
  7. I’m good with it. Always a risk of injury. Some Colts Wr just tore his Acl in practice. It really comes down to what you value as important. I personally think Monday Night Football is going to be a heck of a tough game to start. I’d rather have the guys have a bit of game action. I see value in a couple drives.. Trevor Lawrence seems to find it beneficial as he mentions the practices and joint stuff just don’t simulate game speed, good to get the offense into a flow.
  8. At first I didn’t really understand bringing in Isabella but maybe there is a path for him on this roster. Not sure Shorter has shown much if anything to date to warrant anything..I also think Isabella offers more upside this season if we need to fit him in somewhere.
  9. I believe the 3rd Qb has to be on the 53 man roster but doesn’t count as an active spot on Gameday. I don’t think we go with 3 Qbs but like you say Barkley to the practice squad as he likely doesn’t get scooped up. I guess it still can be a different conversation if Kyle doesn’t show anything the next two weeks.
  10. I missed the second half.. did they provide an update on Doyle? Any other notable injuries ?
  11. We have So many options.. I don’t see why we cant dice teams up 6-7 yards per play? Allen can feast on this and that’s not even taking into account his ability to take off and run or hit a deep shot.
  12. I didn’t realize how small Harty is! It will to be fun to see how Dorsey utilizes all these different weapons. Lots of different ways we should be able to attack teams.. I hope we never have to see our backup Qb In.
  13. this post was meant to be a reply to Happy post re Kincaid going to give hell. I think this will be great for our red zone efficiency. Interestingly enough in 2022 we were at 60 percent..(Good for ninth) The Chiefs who led were about 71 percent. In 2021 we led the league at around 66. I’m hoping we can get back within that range!
  14. Not sure why.. Fans want Hopkins.. we bring in Isabella.. kind of par for how we look at the Wr room but I’m not sure where anyone not named Hopkins fits. We already have Davis, Harty, Shakir and Sherfield..or maybe he is a special teams ace? It doesn’t really matter to me anymore as I’m all about lining up Kincaid on the field as much as possible. He is going to be a star.
  15. It’s going to be so fun to see Kincaid as this season progresses! My prediction is that by the second half of this season he is going to an absolute beast to the point where he needs to be out there and will be the third most feared player outside of Allen and Diggs..
  16. Thanks.. good read and I don’t get any sort of hater vibe from the article. . I don’t think the contracts listed here were Necessarily the wrong or bad choices. Von clearly made a massive difference in our ability to apply pressure and was looking like the missing piece..but at a price to cover up an abundance of draft resources not working out. I’d argue he was brought in one year to late. Tre has been our best corner and sure enough both him and Von suffered unfortunate injuries. Milano should be rewarded for what he brings.. We have relied on Hyde and Poyer for so long that the drop off is pretty evident when we can’t find playing time for any young guys behind them. Knox is an interesting one and will be interesting to see how it plays out. But for the time being we now have two tight ends who can step in if one gets injured. I think Beane has done a good job this off-season from where we started. I think we have a nice balance of speed and power in the run game. We made a better effort to put some guys in front of Josh and hoepfully we have a weapon in Kincaid who will grow into a top tight end. It sort of feels to me like a year to year thing. That what he seems to do. Beane tweaks the roster each year with some one year contracts or signings that maybe are under the radar hoping to hit. We also sign guys with some injury concerns like Harris.. when healthy he is great.. I’m not sure what the future holds for all three teams but its not my job to figure it out. But yeah age and injuries are a concern.. I actually think this may be the best roster we have fielded in the past three seasons and I think there should be a sense of urgency to get it done.
  17. I went on right at 1 and once in the queue there was something like 11,000 ahead of me. Maybe within ten minutes I got on and snagged four. I have never been.. it’s is worth the drive up to see? I have two boys who have not yet been to the stadium. Thought it might be fun, not sure how close you can get to the field. If we decide not to go I’m happy to give them up freely to a family.
  18. Bills Mafia will donate hundreds of thousand of dollars to a cause one day and then turn around and charge 70-$80 for a training camp ticket 🤷‍♂️ I mean give them away if anything for the kids if your looking to unload them..it’s a practice.
  19. I thought the real problem at hand was dealt with after the Bengals Game when we fired Saftey coach Jim Selgado 😉
  20. Maybe it’s time to think like Belichick.. Sean you coach the D, we believe in you! From here on out we can let Dog handle head coaching duties..
  21. When I was younger I am sure I went to a mini camp that was open to the public.. back when Paup and Spielman were around. Do they not allows fans in anymore? Josh has to get to LA for the US Open. Him and Von are hitting up each Major.
  22. Google says Cap is an internet term to describe lying or faking.
  23. I really don’t know .. It always seemed strange to me Josh actually made that statement since we know what he puts on the line for the team.. no one would ever question that we don’t think he is all in. I am only basing this on some speculation that something went down at his home before the Bengals Game. I don’t know what or if anything went down but here some have said to as such. Maybe his head wasn’t were it need to be and to come up short again clearly didn’t sit well. Maybe it strained the relationship.. This is just all my speculation though and I could be way off base..
  24. I wonder if Josh’s “All in” statement plays into this drama at all..
  25. For some reason I just have a feeling that anything short of a Super Bowl appearance this season is going to bring things to a head with him, or the coaches or something. It won’t be good , Imagine getting bounced in another divisional round..
