Washington @ Philadelphia - NFC Championship Game thread

They were bottom of the league, so can’t argue that. They got so much talent though. -

Dude makes some ridiculous and accurate throws into tight windows for any QB let alone a rook. He is seriously a joy to watch. -
Payne being out may be the difference for that Washington defense. Sucks for them, great for Philly.

Happy Birthday dude. Hope you haven’t opened the present labeled “Big Dubs” yet! Save it for 21:09EST

Little Danny Snyder doesn’t like Redskins success…
Sojourner replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
There was ex Redskins talking about it when it went down, I believe it was Ryan Clark and Lavar Arrington saying how no one in the teams could stand the guy, knew he was treating people inappropriately and did nothing to actively change the culture and team. From the pictures it was he was an unlivable character even before the scandals. Those articles further cement that. I’ve had some rough interactions with people, as I’m sure we all have in life, be it of my own or their doing but it’s pretty easy to be a respectable and decent human being in life. How these guys who have it all are so far removed from that standard or capability is wild. You know the sport… the one where you hit the stick to put the weird shaped ball into the EZ. Not to be confused with the one where the Buffalo Bill QB dribbles the basketball to steal a base. -

Absolutely, I got you know he’s to blame and I agree Daniels is the success story but the culture you’re wanting your team to represent and hold at value has weight too. Snyder did none of that. Whether it’s fluff piece is irrelevant. Shoving it in his face that they are a success the minute he is forced out is justified to the extent of his abuse. The guy shouldn’t get to fade into silence asap. Now, if it were a few years down the road and they turned it around? A hit piece like that warrants the question as to why imo -

While I agree with the sentiment of giving the guy is privacy he abused employees and the sense of team ownership luxury. Only right he’s out front and center that he was the reason the team was in the gutter. The complete turnaround, success and team they’ve built without an absolute star studded roster shows you where the problems manifested and repeated. Good on the media for rubbing his nose in it when so much was swept under the rug during his control. -
AFC Championship Game Week Thread - Bills at Chiefs

Dude, that’s awesome. Well, the snowmobiling i would have thought the execs would have made an employee pulled sled for themselves would be better for their sense of team building though lol Heads up, part duex of your dream is different, just make sure you’re awake for it! -

Danny had his own skirt hiked up and assaulted. Love to see him suffer. Dude is a POS and was a POS owner. Our son was a huge McCutcheon fan growing up before he switched focus to football so we took him to PNC Park (awesome place btw) to see him play. Attended a family day where they had everything cheap. Was $1 dogs and $2 drinks. Then we started eating and realized it was cheap sugardale wieners. Seems like the $1 was a lowball too lol -
Might be the old Bellichick tactic. Keep the other team in the dark? That’s not his MO but rather a hopeful nod to the silence. We need him.

Is the AFC Championship the "actual" Super Bowl??

👍 Philly, if the Hurts that showed up against the Chiefs repappears, they could be a problem. -
It was cold In the middle of Kansas City Chiefs’ stadium He looked 'round And knew there was no turning back (Allen) His mind raced And he thought, what could I do? (Allen) And he knew There was no help, no help from you (Allen) Sound of the cheers Beating in my heart The thunder of guns Tore me apart You've been Buffalo-struck

Fair points by Burleson. Josh’s growth is what’s the difference today and probably leads many to us have the utmost confidence in this game. Still put it as a 50/50. Mahomes is still Mahomes and the playoffs are the playoffs. Going into today, right now, running game is going to be the difference between the 2 teams on offense in Bills favor. Defensive line on the other side in favor of Chiefs. Hopefully our guys can swing it for them to have the better day.

That 2014 defense was awesome. Shame we didn’t do anything with it. Williams Searcy McKelvin/Graham Gilmore Bradham Spikes Brown Hughes/Lawson Dareus Kyle Mario

AFC Championship Game Week Thread - Bills at Chiefs
Sojourner replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can’t see that man. There’s some games in the past I’ve had reservations about being confident for but this one is different. Not because KC isn’t as dominant, which they are, but we seem to be doing just enough to keep each side of the ball going as of late. When the defense isn’t holding the offense has done well and vice versa. Last week the first half of the Baltimore game was great from both units. If we bring that same energy, production and effort I can’t see why we aren’t up at the half by multiple scores. Capitalizing on that being the case during the second half and not leaving the door open will be key. not because I doubt McD or the coaching staff but because Reid and his team are just that good in nail biter games. At least, that’s how I’m feeling. Should be a great one! -
Already did. Always do when we are a dog.

So do I play the lottery or watch the game tomorrow? 🤔

So my wife’s friend is visiting from Pittsburgh and her husband works within UPMC and knows some guys who have relationships with the Steelers organization. I asked her if we were able to stay at theirs if we make the trip and she said Dave, her husband, mentioned something that the Bills game is in serious consideration to be played in Ireland in the international series instead of Pittsburgh… Take that for what it’s worth.

Same with the Browns and HB Field. Great location to get in and out of and not reliant on price gouging parking. Scenes are awesome too if you want to wander around before the game kicks off. Candlestick Park was the same as Cleveland in that retrospect.

Bobby Bland stadium it is!
