  1. Would be interesting to see the correlation between the amount of converted downs that are short to those that are “3rd and long”. Id go out on a limb and say the majority of failed third downs are those that are 6+ yards left to the down line. Might be wrong though. Probably wrong lol
  2. Well, if this fan base goes by that logic it’s worth multiple firsts. Get him in and you get a good chance at a coaching change or new regime. 😝
  3. FA in 2025. Njigba 2026. Might be tough to get him for anything less than a 1st. Wouldn’t be opposed but you’d like to get a contract extension if you do trade for him. Furthermore, would Seattle even get rid of him given the way that division is right now? They look like a decent bet to make the playoffs. Removing DK drastically hurts that offense and probability of a post season you would think?
  4. Maybe it wasnt the right “Om-be-unce and day-coor” like at applebees? we’ll never know. just a “fresher breath air”.
  5. I’m not seeing win rates by route tree. That information could be more of a story teller. Will this Twitter account eventually provide them?
  6. Agree given milano is coming back, bernard back and decent and dorian stepping up. he has however not played a single snap for philly so the “bad defense” is a moot point. money spent elsewhere is a better option but he did get 3.5m so I’ll go out on a limb and say if he is signed it’s for cheap.
  7. Yeah, maybe not then. Thought the power rankings would have been by record and overall play combined 🤣
  8. Salary and draft pick wise, absolutely. Watching Cleveland games this season he’s had the target but the catching/production hasn’t followed suit. Watson hasn’t been great but Coop hasn’t done much to help himself either. That’s not to advocate staying away from him, just point out a fact. 47 targets for 20-208-2td. 9 drops. #4 in targets. (Adams #54, 2 fewer games) #57 in yards. (Adams #56, 2 fewer games)
  9. Not from what I know. The only reason he left Tampa was they wouldn’t give him the contract he was asking for so he requested a trade going into last season. Didn’t work out and he ended up a Free Agent after a decent season. Why it hasn’t worked out in Philly is the real question. The LB play there isn’t great. Nakobe Dean and Trotter Jr. are pretty much non existent. He probably makes his way back to Tampa I would presume.
  10. Well now we know why they don’t.
  11. Can’t seem to think of a QB who has muscular arms.
  12. Saleh firing left the door open for the division. 👀
  13. Man, Rodgers ’ making moves. First he gets rid of Saleh. Now forcing the league to take action in having Josh out of this MNF.
  14. Was surprised the Bhakitari move never materialized but the Tyron Smith & Morgan Moses might be what they would have gotten anyway, minus the Rogers connection. Aside from a trade the only real options on the FA market seem to be DJ Humphries and Cameron Fleming. The latter looked absolute cooked the handful of snaps he got in Denver last season. Let’s hope they worry more about what is more of a luxury and not the necessity which in turn causes the wheels to continue falling off.
  15. MLB is different. You got around 160 games a year. By the time you cut your losses with a manager you have enough time or games to redeem the season if need be. Most NFL teams who can their head coach in season have already gone through a third to half of the season. At that point it’s usually as the result of a very poor record that you just don’t have enough time or talent to turn around and make a post season. Jets are in a position where they have the talent and aren’t too far in the hole to make the post season and have a chance at a run.
  16. Josh has to get countless decisions right on game day. McD has a handful due to Babich taking over the DC duties. Somehow he still messes it up. I can easily criticize Josh. The same with Sean. Not that my perspective matters or has a place but I have excused McDermott many times for his wrong decisions that have cost games. Can’t give a pass for so many egregious errors by the HC any more. It’s multiple times a season now. Again, with Babich taking over play calling on the defense you should never have personnel and game management issues, especially with “extra eyes” to help.
  17. Great watch for the information. We might have a serious problem. @GoBills808 posted this earlier in the “Joe Brady… what have you done?” thread.
  18. I like where you are going but if scenario B is a reality then we have a problem. There is plenty talent on this roster. If the FO is telling themselves that an above average roster with a superstar QB isn’t good enough then they shouldn’t be making any more decisions. You have no idea how long you have a QB as talented as Josh. You do everything in your power to make moves that correlate to winning. Safety and WR are our biggest issues. The other is pass rusher but that is too rich a premium with very few quality ones in the league as it is. There’s injured players and then the suspended Von. IMHO, doing nothing to address either of those 2 position groups is hurting more than any move that fails out.
  19. Still living off his dad’s name, who imo wasn’t that great a coach anyway. He coached Joe Montana. Very little of his input was due to Joe’s success lol
  20. Interesting. That’s presumably going by the records the teams have right now. Lions/9ers/Rams are all better than the record suggests. Then there’s the 5-0 Chiefs. 10-7 isn’t so bad if it goes the worst possible route.
  21. Maybe there is something to it. Aside from the first 2 quarter of the Vikings game, in which Rodgers gifted them points and couldn’t do anything; failing on 4th down to give them a short field for a TD, I'd say the defense has played very well. Most people know the problem lays on the offense for another season. Scapegoat from the man they let cal the shots sounds about right.
  22. The last 2 games, Broncos and Vikings, were solely on the offense for a loss. That’s where the change should have been made.
  23. So who’s swinging Lucille?
  24. The riverboat has moored. Stuck in Carolina somewhere. Easily accessible for this administration though.
