  1. Sublime however no thank you to the Sanchize. I am neither a complete advocate for or against Manuel but I think he deserves at least one more crack at winning (and keeping) the starting job.
  2. Are you a latter day saint?
  3. Thanks a lot man, really appreciate the effort you all put into keeping TBD useable and a success!
  4. Longest prime-time AND playoff drought... Ugh. Things better change.
  5. You're forgetting Nink's tackle on Marshawn during 3rd & 2... He stated something to the effect of "that's a veteran play right there". Yes... So actually being unblocked, following the ball and making a play is something that a veteran does? I would hope any player on a team would do that. Collinsworth is not the worst in terms of commentators in the broadcast booth but given the fact that it's Prime Time football, I actually expect the team not to say some of the most boneheaded things on a consistent basis. I know it accommodates the casual fan but it could be better.
  6. If that happened, it wouldn't be long before I woke up.
  7. Thanks, how disgusting that it's likely only gonna get more expensive! I will not part with that kind of money to attend another SB. Well, not any time soon.
  8. Anyone know what was the average going rate for mid-tier seating at this SB?
  9. It sounds wonderful but that is way, way too much money tied up at just the CB position - especially for your (then) 3rd, 4th and 5th stringers. Factor in Revis' deal that would have to get him here, a future extension for Gilmore.... Yeah, no thank you. Revis on this D would be insane but I highly doubt it would happen. Retain Hughes, sign some top-level FA O-Linemen and give new contracts to those who need them/can be worked. I would rather this team isn't throwing an insane amount of money to a CB who several teams will be vying for the services of. Investment in the TEAM and not anywhere other than QB is a priority. Our defense doesn't desperately need a CB...
  10. In the bigger picture? Hate to say it but after Seattle went up by 10, the Cheats did. Sure Seattle were down two key supporting players in that defensive who went down and didn't return - Avril and Lane and still played good enough to win. But their offense? It didn't show. They had the game signed and sealed if they scored a single TD or sustained a significant drive. The failed to do anything until the final drive - which consisted of a nice throw and catch to Lynch and then a remarkable bit of luck to even get them in the realm of possibility. I despise the Cheats but come crunch time with the game on the line? Yes. They deserved to win it. They outplayed Seattle in the 4th.
  11. Most definitely. That's all I have ever seen Seattle do with 1-2 yards to punch it in... Lynch or designed roll-out. Seattle outsmarted themselves by getting away from the most reliable recipe that has given them success in such short yardage. Bewildering. "I think they should be fined..."
  12. The only blown calls I could clearly distinguish was the roughing the kicker by Jeron Johnson and the blatant swipe at Ricardo Lockette's legs (which tripped him up on a would be third down conversion) by the Cheats DB who slipped.
  13. Well if the jesting in the shoutbox is anything to go by, there will be a few Kurt Cobain's in the next coming days. Accidents happen, bad play calls do not. "Nationwide weren't on his siiiiide."
  14. Irrespective of his new contract, Lynch should hold out again this coming off-season.
  15. Carson Palmer trade and a trade with the Pats* I believe.
  16. Found this Julius Thomas piece interesting. With a decent offer from a team on the cusp or a legitimate contender, I think he could be swayed to changing scenery.

  18. You obviously didn't get the joke... Anyways....
  19. So you enjoyed the Pro Bowl? 6 Cowboys won! Hizzaaahhhhh!!!!
  20. The funny thing is, like has been suggested by many in the media, Lynch would be talking to them if it wasn't mandatory. He claims he doesn't like the interviews and questions but why does he make such a big deal about it? Reality would suggest he likes it, this is action boss.
  21. I would love for the Seahawks to wipe the floor with them but I just can't see it happening. The Cheats will win. 27-17.
  22. Yikes... 107 pages. Um, yeah... No idea where to start so I'll just say this: F--- the Cheatriots!
  23. I would love this pick up but we have way more pressing needs that need to be addressed seeing as we don't have a first rounder. Still, if he's there in the third, he's worth a shot.
