  1. I think Cutler is the most realistic guy to pull for. Most of those other guys won't be available for trade and RGIII scares me. I have no doubt Cutler could play well enough here to get the Bills to the playoffs.
  2. There's no way EJ could do any worse than Orton has done over the past 3 weeks.
  3. Problem is that we're probably not going to win in NE. I like to be as optimistic as anyone, but the Patriots have had our number for so long it's ridiculous. I would give us a better chance of winning against literally any other team in the league.
  4. He's so young, why do people act like it's crazy to think EJ could develop into a better QB than he is now?
  5. None of those are really crazy. The biggest stretch might be the Texans over Baltimore, but it's not out of the question.
  6. You can't hold that one dump-off pick against him too much. JJ Watt is a freak of nature.
  7. Just goes to show how much off-the-field crap can effect a player. When he first got here he had all that crazy stuff going on with his ex-fiance and his head obviously wasn't in the game. I distinctly remember after that was all over with he had a good game after so many "meh" ones and a reporter asked him what changed. He said "I don't know man. All I can tell you is that I feel at peace now." Ever since then he's been a monster. This season has been the best of his career by far.
  8. For the first time in a long time this team doesn't have a lot of needs imo. They should be able to spend all of their time and resources securing an upgrade at QB and hopefully Oline during the offseason. It looks like there will be several veteran options available. I doubt the Niners part with Kap, but I wouldn't mind having Jay Cutler. He's no HOFer, but with the WRs we have I think he could do a decent job. And that's all this team needs to be a playoff team: Decent QB play. We don't need a Tom Brady or Peyton Manning I'm actually hoping they target Cutler specifically. I'd be too nervous with RGIII, plus I still have hope that EJ can turn into a much better QB if he continues to learn behind a veteran like Cutler.
  9. Orton was terrible yesterday. Even if we get to 10-6 with him I can't see how the coaching staff will feel ok going into 2015 with Orton and EJ as their QBs.
  10. Would it be better for Cinci to beat Denver so when the Pats beat the Jets they clinch home field advantage, making their week 17 matchup against us a pointless game for them? I keep reading that the Pats don't rest their starters regardless so I guess it might not matter.
  11. I can't be the only one that doesn't care if our players make dirty hits as long as they're not penalized?
  12. I don't really need our players to be nice guys for me to like them.
  13. The confidence went out the window when we watched the offense over the past 4 weeks. They're going to have to play 100% better for the Bills to have a chance on Sunday. Denver's defense is ranked even better than ours, so we'll see.
  14. I pumped for the games but I also understand that it's very unlikely they win enough of them to make the playoffs. I've already been prepping myself to start getting excited for next season. They've showed a lot of promise this season.
  15. 28-17 Bills. Broncos are held to their lowest score of the season.
  16. I have zero idea what any of that means.
  17. I don't think people being possessed by demons is something to laugh about. It's serious stuff imo.
  18. Because that's not how you compare things to determine which one is the best out of a group.
  19. What I was asking was, why does the defense have to shut down those 3 QBs to be the best defense we've ever had? What other Bills defense could shut down those 3 QBs?
  20. What defense has this franchise had that shut down Rodgers, Brady, and Manning?
  21. Because we have a defense that can change games, we have chances to win them all. The Browns game is a perfect example of that. Rodgers/Brady/Manning can't do much about other team members fumbling or punts being blocked.
  22. Sure it's unlikely but it's not like it'd be crazy if it happened. I mean great teams lose to worse teams all the time. We're basically only talking about a few lucky bounces here and there. I'm certainly not going into this final stretch counting the Bills out. We just have to wait and see what happens.
  23. I would absolutely love him on this team. He's young, talented, and is basically the type of QB I was hoping EJ would become.
