    Doug Marrone didn't make this team better. Doug Whaley did. Marrone isn't responsible for bringing in the personnel from winning teams(Corey Graham, Brandon Spikes) and that's what changed the culture. Screw Doug Marrone.

    Do people really think NFL franchises are going to refuse to consider minority coaching candidates unless they're expressly required to interview at least one? It's a stupid rule.

    Pretty sure the league would investigate you if you placed all your star players on IR and were obviously tanking on purpose.

    As a fan sometime you force yourself to like players or coaches because you want them to succeed. This was the case for myself and Marrone. I supported him and defended him, but now that he's not on the team anymore I can see that he was pretty underwhelming.

    I'm savoring the thought of him landing on the Jets. I will literally go to every Jets v. Bills home game just to boo him and possibly throw snowballs at him for the rest of his tenure there.

    If this were the Bills of a few years ago I'd expect them to sign him to a huge 6 year deal this offseason.

    I'm glad he's not on this team anymore. I absolutely hate his attitude about pretty much everything. From sitting in a sea of players in suits at the Etsies texting on his phone in a hoodie, to turning down an invite to the White house to meet the President because he "wanted to hang out at home on the couch" that day, to his most recent interview:

    This. Plus I'd imagine a purchase that big and complex takes some settling into. There are so many moving parts on both the football side and the business side that you can't just rush in there and start changing things around until you have your bearings.

    I didn't think Bellichick rested players for the playoffs. There was just an article quoting Tom Brady saying they're going to try to play the best Sunday of football they've ever played in week 17.

    I consider the season a failure not because we missed the playoffs but because we blew a really good chance at having our first winning record in over a decade. All we had to do is beat a 2-12 team. Now we'd have to beat 12-3 team away.

    I think Wood and Glenn are still good linemen. I just think this year's Oline stunk so bad it dragged them both down and made them seem to have regressed. If we upgrade the guards this offseason with GOOD players I think they'll be back to form in 2015.

    Yeah he had a pretty good year last year too. He made more "highlight reel" catches this season I think though.

    Robert Woods and Chris Hogan are the only guys I thought played decent/better this year. Everyone else has been terrible.
