  1. You literally said the exact opposite on page 2 regarding a ball that Wentz sailed high.
  2. We got to get it going against a 30th ranked Tampa Bay defense at home.
  3. Bradham playing too hard out there. Hurt now.
  4. Is there possibly a QB that has yet to enter the discussion yet as a serious top 3 prospect? I'm thinking of guys like Wentz and Turbitzky. At what point in the college season or even after did either of those guys start to get real consideration?
  5. I don't think Denver went from #10 to #1 just by playing us if that is what you are wondering. No doubt we aided those rankings some but those are good defenses even without our help.
  6. Defensive ranks (ypg) of teams played through 5 games: 1.Denver 2.Cincinatti 3.Carolina 10.Atlanta 25. NY Jets And the teams we have left to play: 32. New England 31. Indianapolis 30. Tampa Bay 29. New Orleans 27. Kansas City 25. NY Jets 24. LA Chargers 23. Oakland 8. Miami (only team in league with an offense ranked worse than ours) The offense has to improve right? Question is how much and is it enough to get to 9 or 10 wins?
  7. Eagles are 6th in the league in points scored and top 10 in both passing yards and rushing yard. I'd say their offense is fine, if not good. Maybe Carolina actually has a decent defense? That's kind of good for us because maybe our offense isn't going to finish at this historically bad pace we are on. Maybe it has to do at least some with the really good defenses we have faced so far this year.
  8. LOL. So if the Eagles struggle it's everyone but Wentz's fault. Carolina struggles and it is Cam's fault.
  9. I agree. Problem with Cousins is he is going to be 30 years old next season with whatever new team he is with. How will he play at the age of 33 and 34? To me he doesn't look like a guy that will hold up at even 33 or 34.
  10. It's still early but this feels like a year where 9-7 will earn a wild card spot. Heck, both wild cards might be 9-7 with a couple division winners being 9-7 as well. 11-5 is very optimistic but not impossible. 9-7 does seem very doable if we assume we take care of business against the Jets, Colts and Dolphins twice we would only need to find two more wins between the rest of the opponents. This next game is a big one though. Old Bills would lose back to back games after a 3-1 start. This team needs to find a way to right the ship and get to 4-2 with what you have to still consider a very winnable game against the Jets after that to get to 5-2.
  11. Yeah but now show the numbers for former Bills TE's vs. current Bills TE's.
  12. And on the complete opposite end of the spectrum Green Bay has had two starting QBs since 1992.
  13. LOL at Cleveland. 0% across the board
  14. I'm pretty sure they showed the replay of the play again later in the broadcast, like in the second half. That may have been when they mentioned Thomas. Not sure.
  15. This roster has potential to get real young real quick though. This is likely Kyle's last season and I wouldn't be surprised if next season is the last season for Wood, Incognito and Alexander. Throw in a ton of draft picks and I'd bet our average age drops quite a bit. From this season to the start of the 2019 season.
  16. When was Peterman ever pushing Taylor in practice? I don't believe that ever happened. MAYBE one practice? Maybe? Now, pre-season, yes, Taylor struggled quite a bit. But so did Peterman. Taylor's struggles were against 1st string defenders. Peterman's struggles were against 3rd string and guys out of the league. Taylor has also played well 3 out of 5 games this year. And as for Turbitzky, he actually looked good in preseason, much better than Peterman. I don't see the similarities either. Especially when you look at the team records.
  17. Yikes. Further proof that we are really struggling on offense. If our defense wasn't creating so many turnovers our PPG would be dead last or very close to it.
  18. I do. This was off the assumption that we would go 2-1 through the Bengals, Bucs and Jets games. So by my own criteria the Bucs game is now a must win.
  19. You only downgrade it if we were really considering Watson. I don't believe that was the case.
  20. Why would you not factor in White? Bills were apparently going CB with their first pick along. Turns out a good one was still available with the later pick. Worked out. I still think it was a good trade despite wherever K.C,'s pick might end up. This of course assumes they did not have an eye at all on Watson or Mahomes. Because if they did and one of those guys turns out to be great then that is a huge miss. Also assuming of course that we don't end up getting our franchise guy in this draft.
  21. To be fair who the heck thought Zay would struggle this much? He has struggled so much it is becoming comical. And also, Matthews is supposed to be a huge part of our receiving threat. Just like when Sammy would be out, when Matthews is out we are going to feel it. Apparently statistics lie because Zay has easily had 4 drops by himself before today.
  22. They went 6-10 in back to back seasons. So not so good would be your answer.
  23. Really? I recall at least two. One from Zay and one from Clay.
