  1. I'll say in order: Bengals Chargers Chiefs Broncos (hard to gauge them. they could be #1 or #2 if Wilson is elite and makes everyone better) Steelers Ravens Colts Titans Browns Raiders Dolphins Patriots A lot of people seem to be sleeping on the Bengals. They might have the best receiving trio in the league and their QB will probably take another step forward. O-line can only get better. Defense should still be at least as good as last year. Mahomes lost to Burrow not once but twice last year. How are the Chiefs the conference favorites? I would not make the Chiefs the conference favorites. And that was before Adams and Wilson joined the division and Hill left.
  2. Like Firebaugh Kid said, I view it more as a way to honor those that passed. Yes, it's a constant reminder of the tragedy too but more importantly it's about remembering the victims and the two simple words on the T-shirt.
  3. At minimum the Buffalo weather contributes to at least 50% of the difference in Home vs. Away splits for Allen. I think the home Patriots MNF game vs. the home Patriots Wild Card game were a perfect example of that. Yes, Allen was sub par in the MNF game but compared to his counter part who was only allowed to throw the ball two times, Allen looked amazing in 30+ mph winds. And when he played the same team in freezing temps but with no wind, he threw a perfect game.
  4. In terms of a couple of the skill positions I think we have to project young guys getting better. Davis outplayed Sanders the majority of the season last year on a per snap basis while Sanders was getting about double the snaps Davis was. Now Davis is set to be an every down receiver it looks like. So I would project a massive jump there. Don't be shocked if it is Davis and not Diggs who leads the team in receiving yards. Dawson Knox had a break out year last year but I would look for him to break out even more this year. Not more TD's but look for more yards and receptions. McKenzie may also double his production from last year. Crowder I have no idea what to expect. He's this years Sanders. Sanders wasn't terrible last year but I did end up viewing him as underwhelming. I thought Sanders would have a pretty big year playing with the best QB he had been paired with since the Peyton Manning days in Denver. Crowder is similar. He's played with a lot of bad QB's and offenses. I just don't want him to steal snaps from guys like Davis and McKenzie if he is being routinely out performed by the two like Sanders was. On defense I'm intrigued with Lawson and Phillips. Those two brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm in the Bills breakout 2019 season. It was also contract years for both just as it is again now with each brought back on one year deals. But unless they exceed expectations or there are injuries the duo likely does not come close to the number of snaps they totaled in 2019. Haven't even gotten to Von Miller yet. Obviously would love to see him produce at the highest level for another 2 seasons at least. DPOY candidate level. Would love to see Groot take a huge leap this year. I remember his limited pre season snaps last year. Guy looked like he was going to be a problem for offenses on every passing play. Then he had the huge tip INT against Mahomes early in the season and really not much after that.
  5. Yep, and the double header on Thanksgiving.
  6. I see Davis leading the team in receiving yards and TD's this year. Diggs probably still leading in receptions. Both go over 1,000 yards on the season. Neither goes over 1,250. I'd like to see Cook chip in with 70+ receptions in his rookie year.
  7. I’ll be bringing as many people as I can. I live about two hours north of the stadium.
  8. I remember the last game quite well. 2014 I believe. Fred Jackson stiff arming that safety down to the goal line. I wouldn’t mind at bears week one.
  9. Not sure. Wouldn’t be shocked if the patriots, colts, packers or similar teams have done that once or twice. It seems no matter what the NFL decides to do for the Thursday night game they are going to be going against historical norms. Out of conference games are rare. And division games are also rare. And I don’t believe a team has ever opened the season two years in a row on the road for TNF.
  10. Bills did play the same exact sequence last year when they were at New Orleans for Thanksgiving and then hosted the Patriots for Monday night football. And they had the same rest advantage over the Patriots that they would have over the Titans. With the Broncos news released this morning I think it comes down to three teams. 49ers, raiders and bills. I have to think the Rams owners would object massively to it being the 49ers who took over half their stadium last year. Good chance the bills and raiders could both do the same but at least optics wise it’s not a divisional rival. So I’ll throw raiders and bills in the hat for my final two picks for TNF.
  11. Possible. But it’s also possible the NFL/ESPN and the bills are not on the same page. The bills could’ve been unaware that ESPN would leak the week 2 doubleheader ahead of Thursday. I still think it’s unlikely the bills will be at home week one. Especially since they will have nine road games to play this season and only eight home games.
  12. Patriots home or away within the first 3 weeks of the season is my only prediction. We haven't played the Patriots that early since 2013 i think. Over due. And since the Patriots have fallen off there is no reason for the NFL to make both Bills/Pats games late season games. They would probably prefer to have the Dolphins/Bills games be later in the season.
  13. Alright yeah, double check, but I think either Brian3488 or MiltonWaddams are your winner then.
  14. On the first page alone we have four members who went 5 out of 6 without correct pick number.
  15. Good point. I always assumed you have to match position with correct Bills pick # but the OP is a little vague. Makes a big difference in your case. oYu either went 5 out of 6 or 1 out of 6. It is if they don't have to be in order of draft selection. I would assume we have quite a few tied with 5 out of 6 if this is the case.
  16. 👍 @BringBackFergy will have to make the call on that but you're the only one who went 4 out 6 that picked white.
  17. You got 4. By my unofficial tally (just finished going through them all) you @Kmart128 and @MiltonWaddams are the only three tied for the lead with 4 out of 6. Unless one of you got the suit color tiebreaker I think MiltonWaddams is our winner because they got 1,2, 4 and 5. You and Kmart128 got 1,2,4 and 6. You're welcome @BringBackFergy
  18. So close. You both just needed to swap your 5th and 6th picks and you would have had 4 out of 6. Hey, you got 2 out of 6... better than me.
  19. 4 out of 6 right here. Might be our winner... Another 4 out of 6 4 out of 6
  20. This looks like a potential winner to me. He's got picks 1,2 and 4. I still think the tiebreaker should be getting the most consecutive right starting with pick 1. What was the suit color BTW?
  21. Oh cool. Happy for him. He's got a legit shot to compete there.
  22. If Cook can have an OROY type of season in terms of his contributions this offense will once again be setting Bills records.
  23. Or were just not punting once we get to midfield.
