Well, yes, Mr. President. This realization has taken you 9 months to figure out, and has cost the lives of somewhere around 130,000 Russians and Ukrainians who died while you flop around looking for a policy that works. So you have to jump at any chance of success. And your opposition can dangle quick fix solutions in front of you, then bail on them last minute to play for time.
