I want the Ravens again in the playoffs...

I want to see Allen beat the blitzes thrown at him by a NE/BAL once before I'm confident that he can do it in a playoff game. Saturday would be a good start. -
Opinion Column: Kick Patriots out of 2019 Playoffs
Franco_92 replied to krf139's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is literally not true, the other owners are in general sick of the Pats' ***** Deflategate would have been nothing had any other team done it, and they lost a first rounder and their HOF QB for 4 games -
Joe B/Athletic on the Stillers Game

Gore has fallen off the table and is a wasted down at this point. You can't waste downs against New England, or they will eat Allen alive. Since Philly he's been awful, and even in the Denver game, aside from a random 27 yarder he went 14 for 38 yards, or ~2.7 yards per carry. His legs are just shot. -

6 or 7 additional seasons? Just off the top of my head, if every time he made the playoffs he had 6 game series that include the NBA finals, that would be 24 games per playoff, and would imply at minimum 20 finals runs to get to that many 82 game NBA seasons in playoff games Just looked, Brady has 2.5 additional seasons of football, Lebron has fewer than 3 additional seasons of playoffs -
Houston would be a juicy matchup for us in 1st round...

It is impossible for an afc team to face the saints and packers in the same regular season, so you did something funky there. -
We know our offensive ceiling this year is relatively low. We know that PIT is a ridiculous defense, and were at home in prime time. And yet we're furious about the offense. It's like people think good defenses get that way while still allowing OTHER offenses to look good, and that we're unique in how bad we are against good Ds No, this is what meh NFL offenses look like against elite Ds, it's what stat lines look like, it's how this thing works We also have an elite D, and will be adding to and developing the offense this summer

Watched this game without posting. What a ride the game was. Two unbelievable defenses duking it out in a classic NFL December football game. Then I come here and read the GDT. So many of y'all have no clue how to watch big football games featuring premiere defenses. So many people didn't have their fingers on the pulse of the game. It was like they were watching reruns of their draft comments from 2018 rather than a playoff-clinching win on the road against a top 5 defense in the league (and for my money, the scariest defense we'll face all year). Yeah, no ***** Allen isn't ready to dice up a defense like this on the road in prime time. If he was, we'd win the super bowl, RIGHT NOW. He had a bad game. He's going to have a lot more, even if he becomes great. It's how the NFL works . The best QBs put up multiple crummy stat lines and bad performances, usually against defenses like Pittsburgh, or ours. He'll get there, and for now, I'll settle for 4th quarter game winning drives against a defense that has multiple pro bowlers on every level, the most turnovers and sacks in a league, that is a threat to score a TD of their own on any given play. If we have to move on from Allen because he can't take that step by year 4, then we will. For now, we are ***** 10 and ***** 4 baby

I'm confused on the event that flipped people from wondering about what's in the tape to "it's obvious that this specific event was belichick collecting signs on the sideline disguised as a kraft employee, and not only is this obvious, but it's also obvious that the NFL is covering it up" I missed something? As far as I know we know as much as we did when the initial reports came down, and no ruling has come in from the league yet?

Week 15: Bills at Steelers on SNF
Franco_92 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A big NFL footballl game for the Buffalo Bills, for me, a fan that started watching in 2005? National TV, when the last Sunday night game I watched was 56-10 vs NE? Yes, the NFL is terrifying, I can barely eat on Sundays and this is the biggest game of my fanhood in a city we haven't won in since before I was born, against a defense capable of making our polarizing QB look horrible and lose us the game It's absolutely terrifying as they all will be (sans the Jets game if we don't need it) until next September
