  1. No, most likely something on his chest or something. But that wouldn't really help in football, as things get hopelessly complicated quick. If you were looking for a QB having an unfair in-play advantage, it'd essentially HAVE to be a radio set that doesn't shut of when it's supposed to. There's nothing funky on his legs lol I don't respect the Pats and think they're shadier than any other NFL franchises, all the other ones combined in fact. But I constantly dispute this stuff because Bills fans go so far into the abyss to try and pin stuff on them, that it gets hard to sift through the garbage takes and actually take the SERIOUS stuff seriously. It's embarrassing honestly
  2. Yeah, this just makes me pine for September. I hope we can put together a top 10 offense this offseason.
  3. Lol, that is a knee brace he has worn on his left knee since he tore his ACL. If he was hot with something, it'd be much easier to conceal than that, in an area with more nerves that you'd be able to feel going off to boot
  4. Not really. Every time I check out the London games it's trash teams like the Jags or Raiders
  5. I've been saying this a lot, but the league did not experience a bump in viewers for the Pittsburgh or New England games. NE was the 6th most viewed game of week 16 alone. It was the most watched stupid NFL network exclusive game in a couple years, but that doesn't mean a lot as those games rarely happen and aren't particularly enticing, which is why they don't get watched relative to normal local broadcasts of any other game. And Pittsburgh was 1.5 million viewers below SNF's average up to that point. People get it confused with the fact that it was the most watched TELEVISION program of the week, which is almost always true for SNF.
  6. Maybe I'm seeing this wrong..but it's outrageous for the NFL to put divisional games in London. The divisional games in the NFL are HUUUUGE. Removing one team's ability to get home field advantage against their opponent to match their opponent's game of home field advantage against them is egregiously wrong. Make it an AFC-vs-NFC game if you have to send teams over there.
  7. Blah blah pats and superstars, this is still the most egregious case of massaging a game I've ever seen from the zebras. It still makes me see red.
  8. I'm put off by his instagram stories as well. I've seen him complain that he wasn't credited for sacks he thinks he should have been instead of his teammates (and he was wrong) and lots of me-first stuff like that.
  9. People were exposing themselves as people to never be taken remotely seriously because of this subject...in this very thread, let alone a month ago. I thank you personally for the entertainment your posts, and continued projections of football intelligence that never waiver despite any given turn of events, have brought me in my read-through of this thread
  10. This thread is outstanding. So many people making fools of themselves
  11. I want Brady to leave because I've been tired of Brady & the Pats as a story in general for about 7 years. But as far as what I want for the Bills' competitive advantage, I don't really care at this point, because I think Bill is what is making that ship go especially lately, so I don't think our prospects next season change all that much either way.
  12. Tom was a better QB than Allen this year, but Allen needs playing time and reps, so there are almost no QBs that could ever hit free agency or the trade market that I'd be willing to bring in over him.
  13. Interestingly, given last season's adventures with either Hyde (who caught well, but always fair-caught to avoid injury, which I 100% support since it's Hyde but would rather not have to settle with in this scenario) or McKenzie (who had the dropsies) I found Roberts' sure hands and ability to get some, if not a lot, yards on just about every return, a positive under-the-radar part of the season. I was never once nervous on those plays, contrasted with 2018 when it was a nightmare every time we forced a punt.
  14. I watched just about every Pats game this year, and none of this comes close to addressing what people actually mean when they say he had no help. He had skill players that made the Bills' look like the Chiefs' before they dumped Hunt. Watson played football like a 90 year old, and was by far their best TE. Edelman led the league in drops and was hurt all year, and double covered because they had no threat behind him. Dorsett is kinda dumb and was never on the same page as Tom - he was always the guy Brady was furious at for running incorrect routes and creating seemingly bad throws by not being in the right spot. Harry was hurt and he and Sanu are not the kind of WR brady needs. He doesn't care about guys who can improvise and win jump balls, he needs guys to run precise routes first and foremost, and that points to a type of receiver Harry and Sanu have never and will never be. The combination really helped to drag down Brady's production as the season wound to a close. That being said, he still put up solid to good numbers overall, and this is because, to my chagrin, he can still play well. He lost a bit of strength on deep and outside throws, but looked better than ever on a few outside shots just this past Saturday, and we know he's been dealing with elbow issues lately. The amount that he himself has personally declined is overstated here because Bills fans desperately want it to be true, and we've wanted it to be true for years. It's more true now than ever, and is happening, but is happening slower than is stated with abandon around here, and only accentuated by quite easily the worst collection of skill players he's ever had in NE (even the RBs - Michel forgot how to run this season, he was horrible. White was his usual receiver self, and was 2nd on the team in receiving). He is going to continue to hurt and decline, these injuries heal slower as he gets older, and he's only going to get weaker. But there is no doubt in my mind that the potential for him to stay, for Belichick to upgrade the skill positions, and for NE to again win the division and playoff games and even a SB, is still very real going into 2020.
  15. Pats are descending. Slowly but surely. Potential for jarring events to make it happen even faster over the next few years. Jets will flatline as long as they refuse to add competent edge rushers, OL, and coaching. Dolphins bottomed out and are about to start what I expect to be a sharp ascension. Bills are ascending. Browns are flatlining. They peaked in talent this year, some of that talent probably wants out, who knows who their coach is. Could go either way. Not high on Baker anymore. Bengals are bottoming out, Burrow will likely help them start to ascend, but right now they're at the bottom of the trench. Any ascension will take place over several years. Steelers are, IMO, are barely hanging on, and will need to fall a bit more over the next few years. Ravens are peaking, and look to plateau right where they are. Neither ascending or descending are good words to describe their situation, but it's one everyone would love to be in. Honestly don't have the energy to do this for 8 more teams lol
  16. Yeah, he had been declining since the Ravens game, but I was actually depressed by his performance Saturday, to me it was obvious he was everything but the problem. However, I think he leaves, at which point I will immediately not give a ***** about how much he still has in the tank. And it's better to just not even say anything about Brady or the Pats on this forum. Most people just froth at the mouth and abandon all ropes tethering them to reality
  17. I'm almost positive that whole thing was shown to be fake
  18. You literally insinuated that a mere "top QB", as in one of several this season, could easily make the Pats better than Brady ever was, which is insane. Brady had a 18 year run as a top 3, and often top 1, QB in the league, and an unparalleled career of on-field success, almost always with offenses that would be decried anywhere else with a mere average QB.
  19. Uh, Brady is literally the best QB ever
  20. This was indeed the origin of this. Of course the guy would love to lead the league in scoring, when he said 21 it was completely off the cuff and not some indicator that his goal is to strive for 21ppg but no more
  21. Buffalo v Pittsburgh's ratings were well below SNF average on the year.
  22. Though I want a receiver who comes down with that, no other current Bills receiver would have come as close to catching that ball as Duke did.
  23. But the dude upthread said it SEEMS like they get them too much!! It SEEMS! Rigged!!!!
  24. He was a lot more troublesome than some Bills fans would have led people to believe, based on their responses to people who had the audacity to worry about him
