This is getting annoying
-
from my memory: Jets game was great weather. Rams game was also great. Chiefs was rainy and cold, but not particularly windy? Pats game was cold, windy, and rainy. Bills ran for a lot of yards. Seahawks game weather felt too good to be true, I remember raking in a t shirt after. Chargers game was about as good as you could hope for in November. Steelers game was kinda gross Dolphins game, as good as you could ask for in the winter Colts game, the same. Neither game had noticeable wind, Bass hit a 54 yarder Ravens game, pretty damn bad 6/10 games were about as good as it can get for that time of year in Buffalo. The Ravens and Pats games were played fundamentally different from how they could have been because of wind. Chiefs/Steelers, throwing the ball was a lot easier, but were wet

The Titans got blown out in week 1 last year and beat us again, and were the 1 seed. I don't think theyre all that good, but the Bills need to prepare like they always do and be ready to match blows. If the Bills are prepared, they will walk all over the Titans, and if they aren't, the Titans can absolutely still steal one

Jordan Phillips is the best DT on this team.
Franco_92 replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
Phillips is a great pass rusher from DT but he's a huge liability in run defense. Oliver was one of two DTs to br top ten in the nfl in both pass rush and run stop win rates last year. The other guy was named Aaron something or other OP pretends that this thread is about Phillips but we have all seen his posting history and we know it's not about Phillips at all -
How much of a drop off is Ken Dorsey from Brian Daboll (if any)?
Franco_92 replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have high hopes for Dorsey, but I think the world of Daboll. It's easy to say that playcalling is wrong when things don't go well, but the other teams generally have good players trying hard as well. Most of the few struggles we had the last couple of years were pretty clearly boiled down to OL personnel. The Bills offense became elite under Daboll for the first time in my life. He finished his Bills tenure orchestrating 12 touchdown drives out of 15 or 16 total playoff drives. He was excellent at his job. -
Ian Eagle has had some excellent calls for our Bills lately.

I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel like the chiefs game was last week. I would suspect at least some members of the franchise feel similarly, and that they can use it in a positive way, not letting it drag them down or be a distraction

This isn't actually what's going on with the twitter page though. You can find the same behavior on countless Buffalo Sabres page tweets in 2018, I've complained about the same thing on hockey message boards for years. It cooled off for a bit but I'm seeing an uptick again and it's annoying "The. Eichel. Tower." Dumb crap like that idk

Is Boston Media finally starting to sour on Bilicheat?
Franco_92 replied to muppy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Brady is still playing 4 years later, and always indicated that he would do so. Why would the Pats have drafted Lamar Jackson lol -
The offense is always the one who wins a tie!

Still the most baffling call I've ever seen in my life. Kroft goes up and gets the ball. Defender then grabs it, they tug a bit on the way down. I'm pretty sure kroft even stood up with the ball in his hands. Interception Fans who moped about the PI on Davis conveniently forgot what started the whole comeback

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.
Franco_92 replied to bill8164's topic in Off the Wall
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_of_California_v._Hernandez This has been discussed a million times. Prosecutors will need to prove that he knew she was under 18, and he has witnesses that confirm she was telling him she was 18. There is no chance they can get statutory rape to stick in this case -

Man, you gotta read the thread This is not true in the California legal system -

Did I miss Araiza's fully guaranteed 250 million dollar contract? What if the Bills cut Araiza at 8am? You are being a goofball -

This is also gross There is a rape epidemic in prisons that we will look back on in horror like many things we look back on today -
I'm glad it worked out for you! I hate to say this now, but I stumbled into wario64 on Twitter, followed a link to a Playstation queue, and after some frozen web pages and a credit card decline...I think I have a successful ps5 order, with a confirmation number. I might have just gotten insanely lucky just now.

Everyone at WGR is guilty of thinking that people who want the bills to be better at running with a light box (so games like Jax don't happen) actually wish the bills to run 50% of the time, they conflate these things every single time the issue comes up, no matter the show
-
True. But I've never been convinced they have the ability to do it, either
-
I do statistics and data analysis for a living, and those guys really don't bring much to the table. They will tell you what "the communtiy" thinks about a player or a stat, but I've never heard them discuss the metrics themselves in a meaningful way, explain how they work, their limits etc. All sorts of "intellectual" condescension, very little value added

Howard is likeable but in all honestly not a great listen. There was a segment a few weeks ago where the crew went through a list of single season records and debated which ones they thought had a chance of being broken this year. Howard either did faulty math or interjected with a complete misunderstanding of what someone else was saying, at least ten times in the few-minute segment. I listened in disbelief Another time, at the end of the show, Jeremy said they'd come back from break with a quick story that purported to have new information about Drury/Briere leaving the Sabres. I was very interested to hear this, as it's a pretty foundational part of Sabres history. Howard literally threw a fit and said that he didn't want to hear it because he liked Briere or something. Jeremy thought he was joking but when they came back Howard kept whining, I cant describe it as anything else. So the show ended and I still haven't heard the information. It was ridiculous Happy wind down to retirement Howard, it's probably about the right time. He also does this weird gulping swallow while talking too long without a breath, fairly often. Drives me nuts

Tom Brady Away From Bucs to "Deal With Some Personal Things"

This guy is so far in your heads -
I've started noticing that I don't enjoy the station most of the time it's playing.
