Winning the challenge is not the point. You don't challenge a 9-yard gain when it's not even a first down. The TO was worth 40 seconds of game clock, and you needed that more than a non-FD 9-yard gain.

Good luck explaining this. Most people think that if you win the challenge that it was a good challenge. It needs to be a critical play, and 2nd and 1 vs. 2nd and 10 is not critical enough to risk the TO.

It was a great catch, and McDummy wastes a TO challenging a 9-yard reception when we need every TO down the stretch. He is truly a ***** idiot.
