  1. I was watching the punt fest early and if they were fired up, it was lost on me.
  2. Interesting, because the players backed this up as well. As pointed out elsewhere, the team agreed with the assertion that the Josh Allen hit lit a fire under them.
  3. Sal pointed out on the radio broadcast that Buffalo was kind of sleep walking through the game, and then came the late hit on Josh that wasn't called. After that, Buffalo had a nasty edge. To quote Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto: "I fear that all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve".
  4. Congratulations to all who picked the Bills, well done! With the final score Bills - 26, Squeelers - 7, the winners are: Gold - @Ray Stonada, 28-13, for a total score of 8. Silver - @BuffaloBillies, 21-12, and @billsfanfrom83, 31-12, for a total score of 10. Bronze - @Matt_In_NH, 16-11, @27yankees, 34-13, and @DrBob806, 9-7 for a total score of 14 (-3 for @DrBob806 getting the exact Squeelers score). See you all next week!
  5. Josh and Cook get their automatic game balls, Shakir's is revoked. Tupac once again came up small in this game. One more performance like that, and I'll have to remove his automatic game ball. Ray Davis/Ty Johnson - The backup RB's were featured in the offense this week and made a significant difference. Ray Davis with his slashing runs, and Ty Johnson catching FD's out the backfield was a 1-2 punch that the Squeelers were not ready for. Joey Bosa - Sometimes you get a game ball for a single play. The strip sack of A A Ron was a pivotal point in the game. Christian Benford - The scoop and score after Bosa's strip sack changed the tenor of the game. The INT later completely swung the momentum in favor of the Bills and they never relinquished it. The rest of the D - They held the Squeelers to 7 points, and that was on a short field due to a Bills turnover. Well done D! WHO YA GOT??
  6. Sal is saying the Bills had no energy until the hit on Josh by Queen that wasn't called. It brought out the nastiness in the Bills and they took over the game at that point.
  7. The train whistle is way better than the Squeelers announcer intoning "It's THIRRRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD down!". Weak.
  8. Sal reports Bosa has a hammy, questionable to return. He sits the rest of the way, if I have anything to say about it.
  9. Tre' White just bounced off Washington like he wasn't even there.
  10. 2nd and 26, Bills have soft D, then Squeelers convert on 3rd and 7. Wonderful defensive concept, McDummy....
