Diggs in percentage of snap counts has been down for last two years. Part of the reason is been Davis has been the blocking back and there are games where Davis is in 100% of the offense snaps. Since Diggs is heavily covered I think it is very tiring for him and he comes out for a breather just as DEs are rotated to make them more effective.
