  1. Bills need to find a Mr. Miyagi for sideline. I know there is one in Buffalo area and one of the player uses his services but he is not for publicity. Maybe he has a younger apprentice.
  2. Rapp tried to avoid hitting Zak. If you are going to pay the penalty do the crime.. Rapp should hit Dak fully next time if you cannot fully avoid touching Dak.
  3. Bills learned the push play from Eagles and use it. Makes sense with linemen other than Morse are large, physical players. And no penalties on Bills.
  4. Four of the top teams in terms of records are NFC teams with QBs of Dak Prescott (2016, #135), Jalen Hurts ((2020, #53), Brock Purdy (2022, #262), and Jared Goff (2016, #1). Has NFC caught up to AFC? A number of superstat QBs are not so super now. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings Cousins suffered a torn right Achilles tendon on Oct. 29 against the Green Bay Packers. The Vikings QB had surgery on Nov. 1 to repair the tendon. Daniel Jones, New York Giants On Nov. 5, Jones suffered a torn ACL in his right knee on a non-contact play. The Giants QB underwent successful surgery to repair the ACL on Nov. 22 and faces eight to 10 months of recovery. Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets Rodgers suffered a torn Achilles on the Jets' fourth snap of the season on Sept. 11. He was placed on injured reserve and had surgery to repair the Achilles. The injury and subsequent surgery was thought to be season-ending. However, Rodgers started practicing on a limited basis on Nov. 29, and neither Rodgers nor the Jets have ruled out a return to the field this season. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals The Bengals quarterback suffered a torn ligament in his right wrist in the team's loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 16. The team said Burrow had successful surgery on the wrist on Nov. 27. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers Herbert needs surgery to repair a fracture to his broken right index finger and will be placed on injured reserve, ending his 2023 season, the team announced on Dec. 12. Herbert suffered the injury Week 14 against the Broncos. Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts The Colts rookie QB suffered an AC joint sprain in his right (throwing) shoulder against the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 8. It was decided that Richardson would have surgery to repair the joint, ending his season. Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns The Browns' franchise quarterback had season-ending surgery to repair a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his right (throwing) shoulder. He suffered the injury in the first half of the Browns' Nov. 12 win against the Ravens but stayed in and finished the game.
  5. I have not been to China Block since I got a fake ticket. DC ticket person copied an old ticket including a typo they made. I told them I was work at the time, can verify including garage ticket. I got response "you are responsible for any tickets for anyone who borrowed your car. If you do not pay ticket we will seize car when it is found in DC." I got a letter saying if I wanted dispute this I would need to go to court. Going to court requires a payment, where you are successful or not. I sent back copies of the two tickets showing mistakes repeated on both tickets. I also sent copies of multiple receipts from businesses in China Block circling sales tax. I am sending copies of this letter with attachments to each of the businesses telling them I will not be using their services. I am also sending copy of letter and attachments to newspapers. I stopped receiving letters but I only go to DC now when I can park not on street. One of the businesses I visit told me give me notice and we will move your car to employee reserved parking. They did not seem surprised about out of DC parkers getting tickets.
  6. To go to the JEST he restructured his contract giving up a large amount of money and he did not need to do it. In football terms he is a good guy,
  7. Hopefully McDonalds will not renew his endorsement contract.
  8. My wife is off for two weeks now and she is using time to convert her former office to being a studio apartment for a friend of hers whose lease is expiring. My wife is always active except when she is very sick. One day she came home from work and went to bed, She slept to 5 am when she normally gets up to go to work. My daughter also has COVID symptoms and tested positive. Tomorrow we will take her to pharmacy for pharmacists can give you questions to fill out and determine if she can get medication,
  9. Ernie Adams used to watch games each week and record tendencies of each zebra. For each game they played he generate profile of zebras assigned to game and tell players what boundary on fouls were on crew. They would even have walkthroughs on calls. One of my coworkers in 2012 used to be a player for Cheats (among other teams) mostly on practice squad but was on 53 a few times. I asked if they was any betting using knowledge he gathered and he said not that he knew but Ernie being no longer bound by NFL rules is probably rich now.
  10. I was actually wondering what were chances of Steelers being #1 seed and what needed to happen.
  11. Has anyone run the NYT Simulator? I can't because it does not like my VPN address but it still tries to get me to subscribe.
  12. You and others are right. NFL should require neon green gloves for all players. They won't because they really do not care about getting calls right.
  13. It was not just Br*dy - Ernie Adams was responsible for successes as much as the Sith Lord and his apprentice. Due to his research, legal and non, the Cheats knew what plays were going to be run by opposition.
  14. Beil-CHEAT will likely resign as head coach and as GM hire next coach then exit as GM.
  15. Likely they will get a fine as much as was awarded in antitrust suit and they will complain on the principle of it.
  16. https://www.on3.com/pro/news/referee-carl-cheffers-explains-critical-Offside-call-on-chiefs-wr-kadarius-toney/ From Chief Zebra: “It’s one of those things we don’t want to be overly technical on, but when in his alignment he’s lined up over the ball, that’s something that we are going to call as offensive offside,” Cheffers explained. “So that’s what the down judge saw. He saw that the alignment was over the ball and that’s what he ruled on the field. That’s what he called.” Usually a player will look over to the ref for alignment advice, so they’re not overly tedious on the call. However, Cheffers explained that Toney in this particular place was beyond a warning. “If they looked for alignment advice, certainly we are going to give it to them. But ultimately, they are responsible for wherever they line up,” Cheffers added. “And, certainly, no warning is required, especially if they are lined up so far Offside where they’re actually blocking our view of the ball. “So, we would give them some sort of a warning if it was anywhere close, but this particular one is beyond a warning.” Alas, it was simply a foul in Cheffers’ eyes, and it’s tough to argue with his case when you see the replay. “If it’s egregious enough, it would be beyond a warning. So really regardless of whether or not he was warned at other times during the day, if it was an egregious alignment to where he was over the ball – whether he had warnings or not – it would still be a foul,” Cheffers stated.
  17. https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl-fines-andy-reid-patrick-171724123.html#:~:text=The NFL has fined both, unplanned catch-and-lateral. On the play in question, receiver Kadarius Toney was clearly offside. The only plausible complaint would be that he was lined up offside throughout the game, and the officials said and did nothing until the game was on the line. That definitely invites suspicion from the tinfoil-hat crowd.
  18. Too bad Chiefs will not wear alternate uniforms - too bad for them.
  19. Actually Chinatown area had extended to where arena is. . There had been claims it was a historical area but the arena was railroaded thru approval. Now they have many businesses dependent upon area for customers and when it is moved likely a number of businesses will shutdown.
  20. KC being home team has choice of jersey colors. If opponents are doing that then they should just wear white jerseys,
  21. The signature bond reminds me and the fine reminds me of the fines players get - the impact is not enough, If I was that person I would find some way to get out of the country, probably via a boat, and go to a country without agreement to return to US.
  22. DC had a Chinatown for a long period of time but when convention center and arena was added Chinatown shrunk to one block. My wife who is Chinese and I used to shop and eat in Chinatown before the changes, https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g28970-d482045-Reviews-Chinatown-Washington_DC_District_of_Columbia.html This small, historic area east of Downtown Washington was once home to thousands of Chinese immigrants. Today, fewer than 300 remain, with most residents living in the Wah Luck House designed by architect Alfred Liu, who added modern Chinese design motifs and red-paneled balconies.
