FIOS already does splitting already. They have tiers which they label by interest but then intentionally put things of same type in different tiers so if you want to see NFL Network and ESPN you need to pay for 2 tiers, etc. In addition if something is in a tier you want to watch you need to pay $15 service change fee (what I paid last time) as well as the monthly cost and then another $15 to get rid of it despite there being no customer service - all done by computer. In college we had bunch of people from other dorm who would come out of Wilkeson Quadrangle pub around midnight, exit pub through courtyard and start singing and bellowing waking many people up. I brought home several dozen eggs and left them on my window sill. Next time they started singing, did I got a dozen and ski mask, went to ground floor and went to courtyard exit by internal way. When the shouts of shut up started and they were responding to screamers I threw the eggs at them and from being on window sill for several weeks they were rotten. Each was hit by at three eggs and they fled early. Next day my Quadrangle floor manager told me there was a smell from my balcony. A bird probably laid an egg there and please clean it up.
