We were playing tackle football on street with piles of snow on side. One player ran for a catch right into a snowbank and ends up there was very little snow but an out of town truck buried there. Ouch!
If it does not mandate out of state vehicles and have way of determining mandate is followed impact will be greatly reduced except by NY drivers who follow rules.
Lots of cars will be registered out of state owned by relatives.
Cars will be rented from companies out of state and would not be surprised to see companies set up to do this.
