My adult daughter has been diagnosed with bunion issue and doctor is recommending surgery. This issue is preventing her from working due to pain. My issue is that it appears to have gone from seeing doctor directly to surgery recommendation without sending her first to other treatments. He did provide two other doctors outside his office to consult with which I will if they are covered by her insurance. but issues on this type of surgery worry me especially since my daughter's overall health is not good.

One part of the team which was better for the Classic team was special teams. There were truly 3 teams with stars on each then and sometimes when a spark was needed the special teams gave one. This was recognized by media as well. The Classic Bills were also conditioned better and this was recognized by media as well. Part of lack of conditioning is due to restrictions by the NFLPA. Media had its sourpusses like now but most of them were recognized as extreme and little exposure by mainstream media. @ssholes were called @ssholes. Today one media member with a microphone or a twit-ter feed can get be spun up by mainstream media these days to get clicks and then is buried without acknowledgement of how ridiculous it was with excuse they were just reporting. Lots of media now reporting what other media are saying when source is just idle speculation or made up sources.

Maybe it has something to do with contracts and years he has incentives or is pushing for new contracts. Players whose performance varies like that should be on yearly incentive contracts.

Last year I switched from an entertainment tier to a sports tier for Bills were going to be on NFLN a lot of games moved to it. Later I noticed ESPN was on entertainment tier but then it made not much a difference.

Same thing for Verizon, non-sports tier. Oh well I miss seeing Bears eat Pat(hetic)s and be poisoned.

Is Manningcast available on different channel than ESPN? I have sports tier for Verizon FIOS but evidently ESPN is not looked as a sports channel by FIOS.
