Then a retired member of company was brought it and many little things were pointed out but he also pointed out what they were doing well and what they needed to do more of. These recommendations were embraced and changes were made which improved the company.

I think he was a good player for practices to emulate some opposing players hence reason why he was signed so much and bumped off so much when teams had other needs. With Veteran practice squad availability he may be still playing for a while but should have practiced snapping and kicking to be true emergency utility player.

According to outside experts (not counting or even looked at PFF) he has played well. I think Allen and the scheme which is designed to redirect players up middle makes some linemen look better and some worse.
