  1. McKenzie has not only played in a lot of games he made an impact in practices emulating opposing players and he even played defense one game when Bills were trying to rest DBs. His play won us a playoff game. I do not understand this at all. Bills have KR/PR and this is far too much money for him despite "market". Deshaun Watson was paid far more than market but this does not make it a good deal. Bills should have learned last year that they may need more money than they planned with unexpected injuries.
  2. I remember watching Baretta (1975–78) before I went off to college and loved his cockatoo Fred. It actually gets its own IMDB entry. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9228283/bio?ref_=nm_dyk_trv#trivia It is also first show I remember seeing Dana Elcar in who became better known from MacGyver. Met him once with him taking a break from a show and he asked if I was looking for an autograph and I replied "No. I just wanted to tell you I appreciated your work." I was walking away he said in jest "Are you sure you do not want an autograph?" He must have got a lot of requests.
  3. Thank you for affirmation that he is still on roster.
  4. Except McKenzie is under contract in inexpensive one. "Birdie" is probably his agent stirring up interest.
  5. What it means is you have visited website recently. Try clearing cookies or use an alternate browser. I tested page again and I got the paywall. When I used another browser I could read it. For d0mers:
  6. McKenzie is already under contract, No need to be part of restructures.
  7. I was being a straw man to the argument that whole Diggs wants out of Buffalo discussion pointing out how silly it is. Bills would certainly not change his contract this way if he was unhappy being in Buffalo but he still expressed how happy he was offense underperformed.
  8. Seems odd to do with a player who is disowning the Bills to go become member of Jerry Jones flock as some are claiming. Bills are absorbing more of the cost to make him easier to trade?
  9. Almost all teams do. Some have more than one under contract due to injuries or competition. https://overthecap.com/position/long-snapper DieHardTroll?
  10. Allen would be a better TE than LB.
  11. Jake Kumerow was starting over Isaiah Hodgins on offense before he was injured. He also had a lot of snaps previous year and Hodgins had a few snaps in one game. Bills also elevated other WRs on Practice Squad over him. When he was active he did not do much and so he was let go. He did better on Jiants squad but competition was much less. New name Jiantsflyer12?
  12. Exactly. Bills used to have players who made significant difference in games. Steve Tasker and Pike were a pair who teams had to prepare for . Pike often got three players blocking him. Teams had whole game plans to neutralize Tasker resorting him into doing things like running out of bounds and back in to get past blockers who were preventing him from getting to kick returner and he managed to do it anyways. We had some really good special teams during drought (i.e. Moorman) but usually special teams are not the difference between playoffs or not unless you are on the cusp of playoffs.
  13. And as long as players do not attempt to retire and keep the money which has been done a number of times.
  14. If Bills sign players they need post June 1 or players cut Bills will have better chance of getting comp picks.
  15. Beane better get imported Jarlsberg rather than parmesan.
  16. But there were news reports from Denver about how these three WRs were unhappy with Wilson. It is better for Broncos to get WRs who were not playing with Broncos previous to Wilson and not constantly pointing out how poor the offense has become since Wilson's ego seems to be hurt on move and Broncos are stuck on mule they are riding.
  17. I bet he will get back spasms just by having Milano on field. He should contact Teflon™ T*m since he is semi-Fish and ask for referral to his acting professor. Does wonders in preventing hits on QB by making defense afraid to get penalty calls.
  18. Don't confuse irrational ranters with facts. But I read that in this forum that special teams players should be UDFAs right out of college when they cannot just elevate PS players. Some would cut number of players on special teams kickoff teams for any kicker should be able to kick a ball out end of field and save slots.
  19. You are correct. From someone who was a honors math major mean and median are very different. I worked for US Census in late 1990s and I reviewed a document and had to explain my criticism of document. Many in room did not understand it but fortunately I had prepared slides to correct their understanding. Then they choose to reword it to use term which most suited their goal rather than clearer to public. Does not surprise me from organization which allowed political appointee to cancel program for 2000 US Census online after we done work including building system for it because appointee realized it hurt politician's party position.
  20. Agree completely on that. When Klein was not asked to fill in but they had defenses adapted for his skill set he played very well. https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2020/12/bills-lb-aj-klein-named-afc-defensive-player-of-the-week.html I'd be happy as Klein as starter in defense giving draft picks chance to spin up to whatever new "more aggressive" Bills defense is established. Edmunds was a captain because he was starting wide LB but Klein would be captain because he understands defenses.
  21. it depends on how many free agents Bills sign which qualify and how many comp picks P*ts steal from us.
  22. I'd like a Kordell Stewart type of QB. A player who can take significant snaps as WR as well as back up QB. I do not expect him to supplant Josh but he might be able to get Bills a draft pick back in a few years.
  23. Best he find a sponsor for flak jackets for he will need to wear one.
