  1. Travis Kelce is also having butter fingers trying to run first when trying to catch. Eagles should not be underrated however.
  2. There have been comments that on Madden and PFF (not much difference in my opinion) you can pay to get higher ratings. Never like Puke Fantasy Football but told to stop posting Bill the Cat.

  4. If Bills want him wait to he passes waivers and offer him a PS slot where Bills can see what he can do.
  5. Well Tomlin and Coach McD played in college together at William & Mary a college which has produced a number of NFL coaches and three US presidents. On reason for firing I am sure this contributed. Najee Harris: I’m just tired of this ***** https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/najee-harris-im-just-tired-of-this-*****
  6. Interesting article on Rasul Douglas - After game Lions QB Jared Goff told him they put in a play just for him: https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/jared-goff-told-rasul-douglas-lions-put-td-play-in-knowing-douglas-would-jump-the-route QUOTE: “Just watching them from three years, every time they’re in the red zone, they speed break. They’ve got one route that they ran. For the last three years, they’ve been running it. I jumped it last year,” Douglas told Ryan Wood of USA Today. “Jared Goff threw it in the dirt. And he had it dialed up. I saw him after the game after he took a knee. He walked up right up to me, and he was like, ‘Bro, you’re a hell of a player, but we knew we were going to get you on that one. We went over it every day in practice, and that’s the one you jumped. We only had one play off of it.’ So they put it in for me. I told him, ‘I knew it was coming.’ He was like, ‘That’s what we wanted you to do, is jump it, like you always do.’ So that’s just on me. I’ve just got to have better eyes.” Exactly swiss army knife - sort of like Ryan Bates who can play multiple positions but for most of career does not have a designated starter position. Some teams value these type of players, Bills certainly do, and other teams have schemes with very specific roles.
  7. Hyde was a free agent, one I advocated Bills to sign, who Packers did not seem to know what to do with and he ended up being substitute DB. When free agency came Packers felt he would be over priced for role he was doing.

  11. Correct. https://www.nfl.com/news/jets-qb-tim-boyle-to-start-over-zach-wilson-vs-dolphins Zach Wilson's Week 11 benching will continue into Week 12. The Jets will start veteran backup Tim Boyle in this Friday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Jets head coach Robert Saleh confirmed Wilson's benching on Monday afternoon and told reporters that Wilson will now be No. 3 on the team's depth chart. Veteran Trevor Siemian will back up Boyle, while Wilson will also be active on Friday. "Just give him an opportunity, different style of quarterback," Saleh told reporters on Monday of his decision to go with
  12. https://www.nfl.com/news/the-first-read-one-thing-each-nfl-team-has-to-be-thankful-for-entering-week-12 Buffalo Bills 6-5 Their familiarity with adversity. It’s been pretty crazy in Buffalo lately, with quarterback Josh Allen turning the ball over again, wide receiver Stefon Diggs having to comment on tweets about the team made by his younger brother and head coach Sean McDermott suddenly firing offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey (even though the Bills had a top-10 offense). This also isn’t that crazy if you’ve followed the Bills in recent years. In 2021, they lost three of four games and were sitting at 7-6 before finishing the regular season on a four-game winning streak. Last year, they dealt with countless injuries (including the loss of edge rusher Von Miller and safety Micah Hyde, as well as the harrowing near-death experience with safety Damar Hamlin) and still managed a seven-game win streak. We’re not saying the Bills don’t look rough right now. It’s just that they’re more than capable of righting the ship again.
  13. I am surprised zebras did not call pass interference on Sauce on that throw. It does not matter there was no pass interference, Team needs to strap him down and shave his head every game.
  14. Usually I review games on NFL Network since during game I am too excited and often working. No NFL Network this week when Bills blowout Jets but they had it when Bills get blown out.
  15. Observations: Despite never-ending injuries, Bills' defense puts in dominating effort https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/observations-despite-never-ending-injuries-bills-defense-puts-in-dominating-effort/article_278d71c4-873e-11ee-9920-cb1eb1cafd67.html Note: Pay gate is open and if you have tried already or are frequent viewer try clearing out all of your cookies - Buffalo News uses cookies not identified as Buffalo News owner. I always print a PDF copy when reading so I do not need to go thru gate again/ Good article by Jay Skurski 2. Things got heated before and after the game 3. Let James Cook 4. Call it the Ty Johnson revenge game. The Bills’ No. 3 running back came into the game with one carry for 2 yards in four games. Johnson, a former member of the Jets, gained 47 yards on three catches, including a 26-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter that came on a fourth-and-1 play. His usage was a new wrinkle from Bills interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady, who called his first game in place of Ken Dorsey. Johnson’s touchdown was his first since Nov. 27, 2022, when he was with the Jets against Chicago. Johnson also had the Bills’ longest run from scrimmage, for 13 yards, and finished with 11 yards on three carries. 5. Rasul Douglas ended a long skid 6. Reggie Gilliam set the tone early 7. Leonard Floyd led the sack parade 8. Stefon Diggs had a tough start 9. Dalton Kincaid moves up the list passing among others Andre Reed and Lee Evans 10. Jordan Phillips and Trent Sherfield Sr. were able to play. That means the Bills’ five inactive players were healthy Bills linebacker Tyler Matakevich was looked at by trainers with 2:36 remaining in the fourth quarter, but was able to leave the field on his own.
  16. I would be interested in your insight on special teams which you did not address. I am always glad to see players like Big Red get reps on offense and defense for they may be needed later in year but Tyler Matakevich spoiled it after making a number of good plays in a row by getting injured but hopefully not seriously. Bills linebacker Tyler Matakevich was looked at by trainers with 2:36 remaining in the fourth quarter, but was able to leave the field on his own.
  17. If this is true Eagles Fan Philly Cheese Stake in needs blood and broken glass as ingredients.
  18. Some fans on this board said there was no need for Jets to change QB from Wilson because he was a Bills beater.

  20. Sauce clearly has practiced on how to get away with it holding and other infractions like a magician. New England DBs were known for this. Since replay is rarely used except turnover if the zebras do not get a clear view of it they are not calling the penalty. I could see Sauce doing causing an injury knowing that it makes 2nd game vs Miami later easier. Sweep the leg.
  21. Disagree. He is not at Josh's level but very good QB who does not make as many mistakes. There is a bar/restaurant I go to when I do not want to drive to my Bills bar which can be an hour away. I got acquainted with an Eagles fan and told him their backup QB was much better than starter and when he took over team would ascend. He had no confidence and I told him when he started getting more snaps in 2020. In 2021 he was starter and I told him congratulations and he still seemed depressed about the team and I told him his QB was rising. In 2022 team was doing great and he told me had playoff tickets and could get 2 for Superbowl and asked if I wanted to go. Turned him down. He seems to have more faith in Hurts this year.
  22. He was taken off ambulance and never went to hospital. It was a neck injury and this type of injury can cause symptoms he showed. https://www.buffalobills.com/news/bills-provide-these-injury-updates-on-s-taylor-rapp-cb-taron-johnson QUOTE: The Bills announced safety Taylor Rapp suffered a neck injury and is out for the game. Rapp left the Highmark Stadium field in an ambulance. Rapp collided with CB Taron Johnson and a Jets ball carrier at the 1:10 mark of the second quarter. Johnson is out for the game with a concussion. Following the game, Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced that Rapp was resting at home.
  23. He has same issue as Jets CB being too handsy (and he got flagged this time shocking me) and in ending of those type of games he could cause a pass interference call which could help those teams win the game.
  24. This deception cost my wife's school system large amount of money with them cutting jobs in lieu of salary cuts due to it so you can see why I was disturbed about it.
