  1. "Hyde's first interception in two years" He was out most of last year.
  2. It is a sign that there was no one they wanted to take chance of releasing (i.e. S Damar Hamlin, CB Kaiir Elam, G Germain Ifedi, T Alec Anderson) and being picked up by another team. It would also cost them salary cap space which is low in case of injuries.
  3. Add another player with a reception this game - Trent Sherfield.
  4. Quote on Josh Allen: "I swear he thinks he is a running back."
  5. Yes and makes sense for a league which needs attention to survive. Russ was very good at doing that although he should never be near a chalkboard or drafting table,
  6. He is public relations - he can go get drunk with fans tailgating.
  7. I do not think so. Despite his size he does not seem to be a good tackler and safeties need to be safety valves.
  8. I do not know. This has happened repeatedly to Bills. I used to think it was part of pressure on Bills on getting new stadium but Bills are already committed to a new stadium. Maybe Bills analyst division needs people to view tape and learn what calls each Zebra makes like some other teams. I know some players have been taught to keep hands near boundary where the calls are made or make sure not visible to zebra so when player complains nothing happens.
  9. Williams and Moulds more yes but that does not mean Fred Jackson does not deserve nor does not mean every player who does not enter Hall of Fame on first ballot does not deserve to be there.
  10. In my opinion Pete Rose is like Bill Beli-CHEAT and this proves NFL standards are lower than baseball. On Simpson all issues occurred post being put in Pro Hall of Fame and on Wall of Fame so things are different.
  11. And director of cheating retired but I am convinced he is still working for them as a consultant remotely.
  12. Bills MANAGEMENT knows SOME of their fans are dumb although not as many as Washington Team Football fans. Bills tested him during drafting period and felt he could learn to play zone. He was a big corner which was something they needed. When Elam is on field he does not seem to be able tp keep his hands off receivers as they do in college. Yes some CBs get away with doing this but rarely Bills players. If Elam can learn to keep his hands off receivers he can be used more and then he will be able to show he can assume starting QB role. Most of the CBs the Bills have picked who have not come from 1st round played in zone schemes in college and some come from "football families" which gives them a leg up. Elam is a very talented and physically supreme defensive back but zone defenses are a lot harder to learn which is why in college most teams use man-to-man.
  13. https://www.wmata.com/rider-guide/events/#:~:text=Metrorail Service to FedEx Field, direct access to the stadium. Morgan Boulevard Station on the Silver or Blue Line is the closest station to FedEx Field. The station is nine-tenths of a mile from the stadium and a pedestrian walkway offers direct access to the stadium. NOTE 1: For any Non-Rider, there is a $15.00 Special Event Parking Fee at Morgan Blvd. and Downtown Largo during events at FedEx Field. NOTE 2: WMATA will not allow payment by cash anymore for buses or rail You need to buy a stored value card and then put money in it to use transportation system. If you need to use cash (i.e. your car broke down or is towed) too bad you can't.
  14. I received email from Jake Supran (Account Executive, Group Sales) and they are actively trying to fill seats. I passed info onto Jimmy and he is bringing 6 bus loads from his bar.
  15. Maybe Kraft will take away the GOAT Cheater's GM powers and then he will quit as coach due to it once he finds a position for his son on one of his disciples' teams.
  16. You need to re-read page. It is a list of Players, coaches and personnel who can never get the fishy smell off them at NFL Hall of Fame.
  17. It would certainly be better for Edmunds needing to cover less space. He will be much more effective on a team with true 3-4 alignment.
  18. Klein is not here just to teach for if that was case Kirksey would not have been signed. How could Kirksey give Dorian Williams a crash course?
  19. Before I was forced to use a out-of-state VPN I had no issues watching games (Amazon will not let you use a VPN when watching movies/games but they will let you buy stuff) I had no issue. My wife watches Amazon Videos with no issue. Do you have any issue watching Amazon Videos?
  20. PR departments have also known to also lie - Washington Team Football was known to do this many times. New England too. In this case it appears to be a laywer carefully crafted statement - not a lie but may not disclose some information.
  21. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/nfl-practice-squad-salary-eligibility-rules-2023/vuvavtn3mbkq68spwkb5k8pz#:~:text=They are broken up into, rest of the current CBA. NFL practice squad salaries There are two separate brackets that the NFL uses to determine practice squad salaries. They are broken up into players with two or fewer seasons in the NFL, and then those considered NFL veterans. Yes. Teams used to be able to decide themselves but it was abused (i.e. one team paid player on PS as much as player would have gotten if on 53 list to keep him from leaving) so NFL standardized rates and added enhanced callups and protections. Players who have accrued two or fewer NFL seasons are paid weekly at a fixed rate. The salary is set at $12,000 in 2023, but is going to increase each year throughout the rest of the current CBA. 17 practice games x $12,000 = $204,000 plus playoff games NFL veterans do not have a set salary rate. Instead, they hold the ability to negotiate the dollar amount on their deal, albeit it is not a large range for the salary. The minimum weekly salary for a vet on the practice squad in 2023 is $16,100, while the maximum is $20,600. 17 practice games x max $20,600 = $350,200 plus playoff games
