We can all rant and scream, we suck, suck, Bledseo sucks, Henry sucks, this, that and the other thing! However, it all comes down to two main issues. 1. The team doesn't make enough big plays, on either side of the ball. 2. The team makes way too many mistakes: untimely sacks, dropped passes unconverted 3rd and shorts, penalties, turnovers, etc. Coaching has to be blamed to some extent. When mistakes keep happening agai and again, the coaching staff isn't doing its job. People can say, but the coach doesn't jump off sides and the coaches don't drop passes but teams with good strong coaches don't makes many of these mistakes because they aren't tolerated. Fine players when they do stupid things to hurt the team. Cut a player after he screws up. That will send a mesage to the rest of the team. I'm not blaming MM but he has to step up and prove he was the right coach for this team.

My whole complaint is this. This is my example of the excuses I hear instead of trying to provide answers: Why is the O-line struggling, giving up 7 sacks vs Oakland? Rather than say, hey were just not getting it done. Maybe the right line calls aren't being made, or maybe were failing to read the blitzes correctly, but no matter what, we're not getting it done. Instead they say, well sacks aren't all about the O-line. There are other factors. The real answer sounds loike a pure excuse. Just say it the way it is.

I read these transcripts and all I think of is these are nothing but EXCUSES. Neither one will place the blame at the feet of any of the players, they find excuse to explain all the mistakes the team makes. I'd appreciate some real truth, now that would be orginal.

I can't disagree with a lot of what was said, but Charles Rogers a star WR period?????? He has played all of 5 NFL games. Injuried twice with serious shoulder problems and missed basically all of both his seasons. If that's a star, what's a bust?

Sep 2 at Eastern Michigan L, 37-34 Sep 11 vs Syracuse L, 37-17 Sep 18 at Nevada L, 38-13 Sep 25 at Ohio L 34 - 0 They hung around in game 1 and actually played a good 22 minutes vs Syracuse but they've been out scored 146-64. They scored more points in their first game then in the next 3 combined.

I can't believe just how bad the UB football program is! I know they are bad, but for crying out loud, could they almost win a game. This program is what 2-26 in the past 2 1/2 seasons. They average about 5 turnovers a game at least and if they aren't ranked last in 1A, exactly who is? Why did this program not stay the course a few years ago and go 1AA. They had the chance to slowly develope a program like Youngstown State. They could have worked towards becoming a annual 1AA playoff team and possibily contend for a championship each year. Instead they are lucky to contend for a handful of wins each year. Why did the leadership get greedy and create such a GOD AWFUL program. Does anyone is WNY see any light at the end of this tunnel. Hell I figure they train has already run them over 7 or 8 times so eventually the light has to be something other than a train.

Try living in Fayetteville, NC. here you have all these 18-22 year old punks in the military drive 90 in a 55mph zone, and I never see a cop with anyone pulled over. Add to that we have two dozen accident each evening, pretty bad in a city of about 60,000. Both my wife and I hate driving around this town because it seriously dangerous.
