    Let them get to the 2 min mark and then allow them to score...Then Allen either wins it with 2 min drive heroics or we lose in typical Bills fashion

    That Cooks TD was a beauty..i like Singletary and Moss but Cooks is a level above..both speed and power

    Did anyone else feel the Bills were totally outcoached in that first half? Fortunately the Pat's offense is simply not good.

    If penalties and turnovers are fairly even Bills 21 Pats 14. If for some reason the Bills are real unlucky regarding turnovers or the refs still think Brady is the Pat's QB and a few penalties called at critical times then Pat's 21 Bills 14. I don't see a high scoring game and no FGs(a few misses due to the weather).

    This one is almost impossible to predict. If both teams were relatively healthy I would say the advantage goes to the Bills. However with all the injuries and the fact the Titans and Chiefs have shown how to demolish the Bill's D I think this will come down to the Bill's O line and Allen. Allen gets decent protection and he doesn't rattle then Bills 31 Jests 28. Poor protection and an inconsistent Allen Jests 35 Bills 17. Here's hoping for the former.

    I was just about to write a personal note to the person talking about black power but your framing was much better than what i would have said. I immediately thought of the false equivalent argument that seems to pervade the right side of politics in America. ok a small anecdotal story to add to your argument. i am a track guy and ran well into my 40s. The team i ran with was almost all black and we were at a meet in Buffalo (I lived in Pittsburgh at the time) and we went to a Spaghetti House (at least I think it was - I don't think one exists anymore in Buffalo). They seated at least five parties of similar size who came in after us and when they did seat us they put us at a  table next to the kitchen. I started to complain but my companions said it happens all the time and they were simply used to it. i wish the guy who wrote that post had to go through a similar experiences so maybe he would get it. There are some jerky black people so i don't want to give anyone a pass because of their color or ethnicity - my worst boss (he hated good looking, charming and smart white guys - ok just the smart part) was a black guy who ironically played for the Dallas Cowboys (back when they had a taxi squad) so reverse racism does occur once in a while.  Again appreciate your response..made me feel I am not alone.

    respectfully disagree..they certainly won't cut him until his contract is up but if he regresses or stays the same next year (assuming he has a better Cast of O characters) they will be on the hunt in the 2021 draft for a QB. it may be a 3rd round flyer but they are not going into his 4th year after no progress wishing and hoping he makes some miraculous leap without at least prepping for his departure at the end of the contract. Now having said that if they become like that Ravens team with Dilfer where the D dominated and the QB was just OK then you are probably right they'll go into 2023 where then they will draft a QB.

    Year 3 will be the deal maker or breaker with Allen...Darn I hope he hope he makes an improvement as at my age I only have one or two more cycles of waiting for the Bills to find a QB...overall great article summing up his progression

    two things these Ds are terrible - yes I know they have great QBs and receivers for the Os but omg four guys around kelce but no one makes a play I hope Daboll is watching how the Chiefs use Kelce as Allen could use that same play calling in the RZ

    I agree with a number of the comments here regarding Allen. If Allen develops and takes even a small step (fewer fumbles, better long downfield ball) forward then I think the Bills will finish 10-6 and again make the playoffs (division winner or wild card I am not sure). On the other hand if Allen is still erratic from quarter to quarter the Bills will slip to 7-9 maybe 8-8 and the Bills will be looking again for a QB in the 2021 draft.
