  1. Corey Bojorquez is just 21 years old and played with the Lobos at New Mexico. Now, he's the starting punter for the Bills and has never kicked in a regular or pre-season NFL game. A mystery man?? Not according to the Patriots long time place kicker -who is a family friend (he grew up in the Buffalo area as a kid)- who saw him through out pre-season. "He's got a monster leg , is a very good place kick holder and just needs to work on his placement of kicks. He didn't know why he wasn't played in pre-season games but "you don't ask Bill about that sort of stuff'!!! WELCOME COREY!!
  2. I can't imagine our 2 QB's making all the throws in practice and in games. Arms get sore and injuries happen! Any ideas for a Practice Squad QB who can fill the void??
  3. How about a #1 next year, McCoy and AJ? Gruden looks surprised every time EJ makes a play.
  4. He played the entire game vs. the Bears # 2's and # 3's. It looked like he was the best DT on the field. Is that enough to stick???
  5. If Chase Daniel plays a lot of QB for the Bears Thursday night and our OL isn't significantly better than their previous performances I see a major bad hit for the Bills. Hopefully nobody important will get hurt. Just thinking that way is scary, but, realistic.
  6. These two centers were awful today. Bodine was ranked 28th out of the starting centers in the NFL. Why did they sign him? Ryan Groy was supposed to be Woods replacement at Center yet he's 2nd string at guard & center. I see nothing at all positive from him. New England pays their center $800,000. Any explanation???
  7. The Raiders really need a RB who is special. Poor Marshawn is just old! How about a #1, a #3 and McCoy for Mack???
  8. The Bills choose not to release Season Ticket Sales as is their right. Going through 3 tickets sellers - including 'Vivid Seats' - the opening home game vs.the Chargers has just 3,700 seats available. The last game of the season against the Dolphins at New Era Field on December 30th has 10,300 seats left. Bills fans are back in force! The home games are becoming an 'event' again - GREAT! Is it due to great confidence in this coaching staff & GM? Because we made the play-offs after 17 years? Is it because Josh Allen has arrived?
  9. Watching the Patriots beat the Eagles in a pre-season tonight game got me upset. It was a New England broadcast team and they were the most arrogant, self-centered and Patriots can do no wrong announcers ever! I would be embarrassed if the Bills media was like them. Constant snide remarks about the opposition. How wonderful the Pats were with Bill B running the show. Clips from team golf outings as they 'bonded'. The Boston area is full of people that feel superior to others. It was so well reflected in the game coverage. I don't think the Jets or Dolphins can punch them in the nose during the season. I so hope the Bills can!!
  10. It seems many people want a nickname for Josh. There was a song many, many years ago that seems to fit him. And he IS a Cowboy from Wyoming! "Like a rhinestone cowboy Riding out on a horse in a star-spangled rodeo Like a rhinestone cowboy Getting cards and letters from people I don't even know And offers comin' over the phone"
  11. Edwards is supposed to be out MLB of the future. He physically looks like a kid in the NFL. He was pushed around and made just one tackle in the game. Speed and aggressive play is great but when you can't muscle up and make plays it's bad news. I didn't like his game at all against a real NFL offense.
  12. Nate is OK. He has NFL potential. It's obvious McCarron has the skills to win games and Allen will be next in line. A nice situation! Go get a trade partner that can help our WR, DL or OL.
  13. He runs like the late Reggie Rogers of the Bills. It's just a fact! College football is just that. A different level.
  14. The Buffalo News today spent 2 pages on Shaq. How he played at 285 lbs. at Clemson and that now he's in the 260-265 range to get quicker. Also, he's been in the DC's system for a year and understands what he needs to do. This guy plays 'stiff'! He runs awkwardly to make a play. Anyone watching good football players and athletes understands how they run. Shaq doesn't run well enough and doesn't have the quickness off the line to make any type of impact. He might as well put the weight back on and try to make it as an interior lineman. I don't care who drafted him from the Bills. He's not good enough.
  15. This year may be fun but look ahead to 2019. Our young quarterbacks will be slotted. Our defense will be established. AND - most importantly - our DEAD CAP of $46 mil will be resolved. In 2019 we are projected to have $65 mil in cap space. Go get the OL in FA we need and a couple of LB's. I expect a deep run into the play-offs! WONDERFUL!
