  1. That was a fantastic read! Thanks for sharing.
  2. Johnson or Flutie....
  3. I'm not a DNC democrat--those who started it, as Wikileaks showed in a leaked Podesta email. I've never believed it, and I can point out a handful of liberal journos who also never fell for it, Greenwald for one. You can probably find some of my posts from a few years back stating this. That said, let's now have you provide that proof about Sanders that is "a known fact..."
  4. The facts you get from your biased media? Please provide link to the accusations you just made--the DNC paid him off with a multi-million $ house. Hell, if you can find a link to any house he owns that is worth more than a million, I'll even take that.
  5. You guys really need to try and understand the distinction between the DNC Center (HRC) and the left (Bernie). The DNC came up with Russia Gate. The actual left were pissed at the DNC for what they did to Bernie. I hope that also answers your question.
  6. But you do think responding, and therefore criticizing, someone else who does is a worthwhile post, despite the fact that 90% of what's posted is opinion...carry on.
  7. Good. Better motivation to continue to be disrespected.
  8. Given the cap goes up every year, using a $ amount wouldn't be the best way to evaulate this. It would be better to use a % of cap space taken up. For example, $10 million was a lot of cap space 10-15 years ago...
  9. It should be obvious this is a subjective view of competition and psychology. Much like many here, I played all of the major sports through HS and various others into adulthood. I've experienced the mental aspect and seen it play out all of the time. I simply do not underestimate how it can seep into the mindset of professional athletes as well. As I said, I think McD understands this, as he does a very good job of getting the troops ready each week. Sometimes, it's not enough. The more you are aware of that mental aspect, the more you can prevent it though....It's just my opinion man...
  10. I'm a big believer in the mental aspects of competition. In the "guess the score" thread for the Seattle game, I picked the Bills to win based on the desire to make a statement much like the Dallas Turkey Bowl last year. The NFL is really an "any given Sunday" league, and winning is as much mental as physical. The Saints aren't that much better than the Bucs, they just wanted/needed to make a statement more than the Over-confident Bucs. My point, I'm less confident about this game than I was about the Seahawks. McD is good at getting the players prepared each week, but players are susceptible to the mental challenges week-to-week. This is a game the Bills should win because they are the better team, but that mentality, if held by the players, could be their undoing this week...I hope not.
  11. I was getting frustrated with the play calling in the second half, as it didn't seem Daboll was adjusting to their pressure. He finally called that screen to Moss, and I just read that it was Allen who acutally checked to the "Smoke Screen." I don't think I've seen a draw play in weeks, other than a QB draw. I'd really like to see Daboll do more to offset pressure, especially when the O-line loses a starter or two. Fortunately, a big win.
  12. Could set up nicely for the final game. We'll see how Tua handles the cold...
  13. Yeah, this is one of those games where all of the talk will be focused on Seattle, but the Bills will come out and make a statement, much like the Dallas game last year. 31 - 27 Bills.
  14. Just noticed, the next three games are against the top 3 offensive teams in the NFL as measured by yds/game. They've played the 4th (KC) and 5th (Tenn) rated teams as well.
  15. Sorry, but the box score stats tell me he's regressing....
  16. Can you explain how not taking Mahomes is Beane's fault...?
  17. Yeah, I'm thinking with this monkey off their back, maybe they will play a lot more free and easy agains the Pats from here on out. There has been so much pressure to get over the hump, so it'll be interesting to see how they play the second one...
  18. A good 1-tech would filter through the entire D. If you can't get him, then someone needs to go knocking on D Poe's door...
  19. Wonder what the over/under is for pass attempts by Cam, 15?
  20. From when he was on Browns PS... https://brownswire.usatoday.com/2019/11/23/brandin-bryant-scouting-report-browns-dt/
  21. Read some things on him yesterday. He's a DT and, despite his size, is fairly stout against the run. He's up today for obvious reasons...
  22. I think you make an argument that supports Simms. The front 7 is not so great at stopping the run. It took adding an extra man in the box to that, which then weakened the Pass D. Last year Belichick ran all over the Bills, so I expect that will be their aim this week. Can Cam beat us with his arm is the question...?
  23. The Bills have failed the old adage of run and stop the run. We won't beat good teams until that gets fixed.
  24. You don't get to the AFC championship game without being "legit." The Titans are better than last year and will be a formidable team in the playoffs. Throw in Pittsburgh with Rothlisberger back, KC, Baltimore, the AFC has some tough teams. Notice I didn't include that Patsies....😆
  25. It does look like Dawkins is saying something to him too, and gesturing "like wtf, why didn't you try and block someone?" Something to monitor...
