  1. We are TIED for FIRST PLACE in the NFL, right now - We should have a block party!
  2. YES - you are CRAZY. Slammer started this thread and has been a member since 2012. You since 2010. No refugee started this thread but I am sure if you look you will find something else to complain about regarding the "refugees". ;-)
  3. Pardon me if my memory fails me but, Maybin didn't even show up for training camp. The kid was a poser.
  4. More than you could imagine, I would guess.
  5. Right now we have committed to #1 QB but have no legitimate backup QB. My gut says we are going for a strong QB in the draft in hopes we have a decent backup at LEAST and a potential #1 (not this year) at BEST. Politics are not the issue here, practicality is, I believe.
  6. EJ absolutely (massively) underperformed and for that he deserves a "Bust" mantle. BUT, the kid does not deserve to be on a list that contains Aaron Mabin. EJ Manual, as hard as he tried, did not have what it takes. Aaron Maybin NEVER EVEN TRIED. THAT is a category unto itself!
  7. I agree. Considering that we are a "run first" team AND the contract they gave this guy, YES the hire was to complete the WR group and let the group find it's own pecking order.
  8. Back to my original reply to someone asserting that CJ Spiller "FORCED" Lynch out. I asserted that Lynch wanted out, Spiller did not "force" him out.
  9. My gut feeling is that the more time that ticks by, the more likely we are to pick a QB high in the draft. I am happy with signing TT BUT we absolutely NEED a competant backup QB. Cardale is NOT "ready" and I don't see us spending $$$ on one in FA. I think W & McD have their eye on someone in the draft.
  10. Here: https://www.google.com/amp/www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/ex-packers-te-says-marshawn-lynch-wanted-to-play-for-green-bay/amp/ Else, please provide a link to prove otherwise. Thank you
  11. WOW - tuff crowd
  12. Spiller DID NOT cause the trade of Lynch. LYNCH WANTED OUT. LYNCH CAUSED THE TRADE OF LYNCH!
  13. From my 1st post: "Buffalo Bills Edit On August 21, 2009, Maybin agreed to a five-year deal with the Buffalo Bills after being drafted with the 11th pick in the first round.[15] He finished the season with 18 tackles and zero sacks while playing in all 16 regular season games during his 2009 rookie year. In his second season, Maybin was considered a disappointment. Through six games, he played on only 66 downs, with five tackles and zero sacks.[16] He was deactivated as a healthy-scratch for the team's sixth game at Baltimore.[17] On August 15, 2011, Maybin was waived by the Bills.[18]"
  14. Aaron Maybin - according to NFL.com Career NFL statistics Tackles: 36 Quarterback sacks: 6.0 Forced fumbles: 5 Career History Buffalo Bills (2009–2010) New York Jets (2011–2012) Cincinnati Bengals (2013)* Practice Squad Only Toronto Argonauts (2013) This is what a "Head Case" can do to talent!
  15. Spiller might have done better if only someone had explained to him the difference between to GOAL LINE and the SIDE LINE!
  16. Aaron Mabin - sucker NEVER wanted to be here.
  17. Nice OP, Nice
  18. There is no need to take that tone with me! I have NOT started a thread let alone one that offends you so much. You TBD guys might have issues with some of the refugees BUT we are not all causing issues. XI - Thou Shalt Not Lump.
  19. Perhaps when this happens a Moderator should just combine it with the original thread. Problem solved.
  20. What does that mean???
  21. Sorry - the words are...
  22. Sometimes I read through threads and wonder how much of the opinion is based on the AGE of the poster. THIS is one of those threads.
  23. It was NOT the league office that screwed up. It was the Player's Union (NFLPU) that filed it in the wrong pile and information from that office was reportedly "leaked" to the media.
