Did they? They kept him around for a while. He made some plays when he was in, but also had some injury issues. Just because he goes to a worse team and gets more playing time doesn't mean the Bills missed. They gave him tons of chances.

The term "uncoachable" comes to mind with Zach Wilson. The Jets offense is relatively easy for QBs, but for some strange reason Wilson refuses to run it. I suspect he could do really well if he went to a team who's offensive philosophy meshed better with how Wilson wants to play football. On the flip side, the Jets coaching staff doesn't want to adjust. They're trying to fit the square peg that is Wilson into the round hole that is their scheme.

Gotta say, I love the Bills, but if the NFL got completely blown up and destroyed I would not shed a tear.

Brady owned the AFCE just like Allen now does. The strength of the division fluctuated from time to time. I'd say right now the division is pretty good. All 4 teams were in playoff contention until recently.

I think it helps, for sure. The Bills figured out Lamar Jackson and I don't think Fields poses any more of a threat. They should be able to bottle him up.
