  1. This doesn't have to be about Damar Overall, Bills DBs toeing the line of hard hit/dirty hit is a theme of the McDermott era. They're coached to do it. It's football.
  2. You have it backwards. Bob Marley wrote it. Eric Clapton did a cover of it.
  3. If some drunk starts messing with you at a game, just continue to ask him with a convincing concerned tone: Are you okay? Do you need help? Is there a friend or family member I can call for you? Are you going to be alright? It works. Of course, you have to be a level-headed person to do it.
  4. You're on the right path, but it doesn't mean consistently successful. That's where you all are getting confused I assume.
  5. I think there are metrics that can be used to measure rhythm, like a QBs release time, drive time, play clock management, etc. I don't think it's totally subjective and could be analyzed. Rhythm doesn't determine overall success, but I'm sure it helps in the microscale game situations that contribute to wins and losses for the offense.
  6. Weird how when they use Najee Harris they have success... Pitts' offense is so unbalanced, which is weird when you consider they don't have a franchise QB.
  7. That's not rhythm. Rhythm is timing and methodical gains. It's an aspect of play calling. Like I said, I like the points being scored. I love the two TE sets. But I'm not talking about that stuff. I'm talking about the rhythm of the offense. It's had a very different feel to it with Dorsey and it's possible that having wonky rhythm leads to more turnovers. But they still score a ton of points, I think it was still a top 3 offense last year? However, in close games I think the lack of rhythm doesn't help. I think people are not understanding what rhythm means in regards to play calling.
  8. Not down on either, but Dorsey's offense is looking much the same as last year. Even when they score a bunch of points they still look disjointed. There's no rhythm like there was with Daboll most of the time. As long as they win games, it's not a huge deal. I think it is a play calling style, though
  9. Josh is Favre reincarnate. I know that kind of breaks the rules of reincarnation, but Josh was built to break rules.
  10. I wanted the Pats to win, but I'm also glad they lost. It's always a weird feeling.
  11. Yep, he's just trying to bash the Bills office when it probably would've been very easy for him to mold this experience any way he wanted to. Why sit in a specific spot and pout when you could easily just move somewhere else for a better view.
  12. Pretty sure that guy could sit anywhere, he just needed to ask. Seems like he's just trying to stir ***** up.
  13. McDaniels looks like he has jaundice.
  14. This looks like how they looked all last year. It feels like Dorsey's offense just never has a good rhythm.
  15. At least Bernard nabbed the interception... Edmunds haters always complained about him missing those plays.
  16. The double dip. A staple of the McDermott/Allen era.
  17. I'm sure Green Bay fans started the same type of threads about Brett Favre
  18. We've seen this story play out a million times before. Come back to this thread at the end of the season
  19. Don't be quoting PFF in here, brah....
  20. Are we about to find out that Elam isn't a "process guy?"
