It's wrong to let them score too. You're winning the game. Stop them at all costs and block the FG. Saying 3 points is guaranteed is the same as saying a blocked FG or turnover is guaranteed.
I will die on this hill.
If you're losing the game, you score. If you're winning the game, you stop them from scoring. It's as simple as that.
Overthinking it and making assumptions is how you lose.
Foot injury. Assuming it happened late in the game. He didn't practice all week until Friday in a limited fashion.
This is definitely my biggest focus of the game. Interested in seeing how uch Dorian plays and 2 LB vs 3 LB formation.
You only do that if you're winning the game. This seems to be confusing some people.
The Jets were losing.
If my team is losing and my player willingly forfeits points, I am going to bench that player.
Not to mention, no one is considering the Jets defense in this scenario? They were dominating. Take the points and then trust your defense.
Don't parrot the genius Mark Sanchez. Breece Hall should take that TD 100 out of 100 times because they were losing the game. They're not guaranteed 3 points.
Yep, it's all guaranteed. They were guaranteed three points. Really no reason to even run the plays. Just run a predetermined time off the clock and skip ahead.
They did.
And Mark Sanchez kept saying Breece Hall should've slid down before scoring the TD. Which is one of the dumbest things I've heard a commentator say.
It should go without saying that if your team is losing, you take the TD. There is no guarantee you're going to score after that.
McDaniel's is based entirely off the pass. It's not balanced at all. They play a good defense like the Bills and get stymied, they have no answer. San Fran, with all their weapons healthy, can beat you both ways.
Can't agree. A balanced offense is always better and Shanahan's is more balanced.
San Fran lost their two best offensive players and they don't have a franchise QB.
But all things being equal, Shanahan's is the better system.
