QBs prime years are as long as they've ever been. If Josh feels he's being wasted, I'd encourage him to request a trade. However, he's one of the highest paid QBs with some great endorsement deals and is on a winning team. I think he's fine. He's not being wasted at all. Josh is great. It's on the coaches to find the right formula in order to win the big one.

McDermott has been so consistent in getting them far into the playoffs. I think he needs a lot of help at the coordinator positions, but Frasier and now Dorsey have been particularly disappointing.

All franchise QBs look terrible sometimes. There were times when terrible Bills teams made Brady look like crap. Fans get this unreal expectation that a QB is going to consistently put up 300 yards and 3 TDs every Sunday. At this point, we know what Josh has. It's mostly on the coaches now to get the whole team playing at a championship level.

I vote no because I don't think Terry Pegulas has made that specific expectation clear. If he has, then sure, fire the man based on the fact that clear expectations were not met. My personal expectations (as a fan with zero responsibilities to the team and nothing on the line) are simply to be entertained, which Allen does more than any other QB in the league...hell, more than any other PLAYER in the league. For my personal needs, Allen's prime years are not being wasted at all.

Yes he was. Because they were losing and Breece Hall's score made them winning. The Eagles defense let them score because they made assumptions and look...they lost the game. You're saying it was smart to give opposing team the game winning score and give the ball to a QB who's been struggling all game? Well, look at the result. You gave away the points that cost the game and your QB did nothing. Way to go. Scoring the TD gives you the best odds of winning because it 100% gives you more points than than the other team.

And also because Hurts was playing so awesome all game right? I mean, why leave 1:46 on the clock when Hurts is obviously going to march down the field and score. It's so obvious and basically predetermined.
