  1. Is it distracting to players, too? I assume not, but I'm imagining a receiver tracking a deep ball in the sun when it suddenly hits the shadow.
  2. I hate how it creates that awkward shadow over the field. I wonder if they ever considered making the overhang clear.
  3. It's in the Ten Commandments. Thou shalt play football under the unobstructed Heavens.
  4. They're just trying to appease the whiners. Everyone knows that mostly BS. It's an open football stadium the way God intended. Deal with it...or just stay home
  5. Derrick Henry and that great WR combo they had.
  6. Titans stadium looks like a mall from the outside. Terrible design. Nice inside, except that ceiling is ugly as hell. Similar to LA and the Vikings stadium to a lesser degree, the clear ceiling with all the visible framework is an eyesore. I'd rather just have it open. Thankfully, Buffalo doesn't get hot so there is no reason for a dome.
  7. Yeah, he's not some super successful head coach who was a shoe-in. And also...who the ***** cares.... for what it's worth, Jerod Mayo is another former Pat LB meathead who I'm sure will be just fine...
  8. Why are people so stuck on Vrabel? This is basically the same hire.
  9. People seem to forget that we're warm blooded creatures. The cold isn't going to kill you unless you're stranded and exposed. It's the heat that will actually kill you no matter where you are or what you're doing. As warm-blooded mammals, we thrive in the cold. Maybe the lizard people have infiltrated our society enough that there is a legit concern for them, I don't know.
  10. Helluva time to stop being a season ticket holder
  11. It's a bot. They're nearly indistinguishable from human posters now. They also hate McDermott already.
  12. Well, I could be wrong, but I believe yinzer is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.
  13. In the USFL, the booth ref is constantly watching the replay, so when he sees that type of thing not called, he calls down to the ref to stop the game and they correct it. They're able to do it before the next play even starts. It wastes no time and is so easy.
  14. It's the type of thing a ref in the booth could easily correct. The USFL/XFL have this figured out and it only took them one year to do so. Meanwhile, NFL fans complain about these easily correctable calls every year. Yeah, didn't see it in real time, but the replay from the other side of the field showed it clearly. No wonder Johnson got a concussion.
  15. Will have to give him a follow. Those are some nifty little drawings.
  16. If I had the choice of any QB in the history of the league in their prime to run my team, I'm choosing Josh Allen. He is the personification of football.
  17. Didn't think about him until I read the Epstein list today.
  18. There is zero correlation between the money and the emotional investment in the game.
  19. NFL quarterbacks are supposed to be these uber-protected little babies. Josh is the only QB in the league who actually mans up on a defense. The dude flexes on defensive tackles. No other QB is the embodiment of physicality for his team. He's truly special to watch.
  20. There's nothing to support this notion. It's all in your head.
  21. Oh, no doubt. He was very blunt in his sideline interview about Allen and the offense at half time.
  22. #2 seed baby! Game ball to Harty for turning the momentum around. Game ball to Rapp for game ending INT and Miami's offense did not much all game. Game ball to McD for getting the team back on track despite all the outside pressure and winning their 4th consecutive AFCE title. He didn't let the game get away from his team. He leveled Allen back down after turning it over 3 times and he called a great defensive game.
