Watched some of the first episode with my wife, who's a big fan. It definitely struck the wrong tone for me. The adult scenes tried to be comedic, but none of it was funny. The kid scenes tried to be an awkward parody of the original show. I only made it through maybe half the episode, but I was never a big fan. My wife will probably keep watching it.

90s was peak NFL, IMO. It was the right mesh of talent, rules, and league operation. The talent level has continued to increase, but the rules and league operation have worsened. I blame the Patriots
