  1. It seems crazy until you understand that Minshew is the next Fitzmagic. He's gonna be destroying dreams for a decade+.
  2. A covered stadium by itself doesn't progress the city... They'll be able to recoup their money easily with a new open air stadium. Look at the Seahawks, 49ers, Patriots, Titans, etc....perfectly viable open air stadiums that are multi-use. It's gonna be the same thing in Buffalo.
  3. A well-cooked fish at a cookout with gravel under your feet 👍
  4. Didn't he just get over covid? I understand if his cardio isn't great, lol
  5. It's the type of thing a naive young person says, but if you can tap into that mentality I'm sure it's super helpful.
  6. Wasn't crazy about In-n-Out at first, but I've grown to love the double-double with everything on it. Literally, I've grown
  7. Yeah, they both have potential to work around the OL struggles. The QB controversy playbook says to always start the veteran first. If you don't, then you're painting yourself into a corner.
  8. Yeah, that potentially causes Dalton to struggle and then they throw in Fields too early.
  9. I've seen it easily enforced. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I have a zubaz pattern gator
  10. Agree. Either way, I think it means they're in a good spot.
  11. He's being advertised as good as Sanders? Or even a solid #2? I don't think so...
  12. It may be a combination of reluctance and trust in their draft process. Look at Wyatt Teller. Not totally comparable, since he was a 5th rounder, but hindsight makes you think they should've gave him more chances. I can't blame them for giving their draft picks every chance in the world unless there is a huge red flag.
  13. The 49ers are gonna win that division if they're healthy. Saying Jimmy G is having his best camp yet and Lance looks good at the same time.
  14. Frank Reich seems like a great head coach (and apparently just signed an extension). He's very McDermott-like in the measured intensity he exudes. Not a Rex Ryan, but not a Dick Jauron. Just a perfect blend. And he's not BSing you, but he's not showing his hand either. All the while being very nice professional. He could do great things with a talented team. Just doesn't have a QB. Imagine if he paired up with Rodgers...
  15. Is he the RG? Chris Jones was raving about "the RG" (I guess he couldn't think of his name) in his recent interview on NFL Network.
  16. That sucks. I was thinking about MMA fighters too, burning a crazy amount of fat and water weight prior to weigh-ins.
  17. Yeah, it's only an issue for bad teams. Glad we're over that.
  18. How the hell do you lose 20 lbs from food poisoning? Is that normal? Is he just exaggerating or trying to cover something up? Is he playing way over normal weight?
  19. Have you heard of their follow-up game: Apples to Oranges? The two are nothing alike.
  20. Yeah, he's gonna be Matt Cassel-level for the Pats, which will be fine for stretches, but poor for the most part. JMO obviously.
  21. I think Lance and Lawrence will be good enough starters. The rest are backups at best.
  22. Devin Singletary interview with Charles Davis: - there's been a lot of learning moments so far in his career. He's trying to put it all together in year 3 - they're trying build on each day in practice. The offense as a whole is talking and collaborating a lot in order to build together. - Josh Allen is The General. "He gonna bring it every day..." Calls him a dog (so many teammates have been calling him that this year) - on getting to the SB: stacking good days on good days... (kind of a "trust the process" answer) - the RB room loves to compete, but they're all in on the same goal together His answers are much more succinct than Tre White's....
  23. Tre White interview with Charles Davis: - "Trust the process" in his first response about whether this team is SB bound - leading question about the Hail Murray, said it really showed how "together" this team was when they got back into the locker room after that play - defensive line is crucial, so he said they're just trying to keep those guys happy every day. He was handing out cookies to them yesterday - Tre was recruited as a WR out of high school but switched to CB at LSU. Says he still has great ball skills because of that. He confirmed that McDermott is pushing the DBs to be more physical during camp, which explains some of the highlights we've seen where they're hitting the receivers early and really getting in their grill - he's excited to have a full stadium of fans again. He's sure some fans will get stuck out in the tailgating and not even make it into the stadium.
