  1. John Williams? I bet that was wonderful. I was seeing Weezer/Green Day
  2. Like I said, it's tough to be a CB in this league. But that makes me appreciate the to great ones even more.
  3. I went to a big concert in Cali where they mandated mask-wearing for everyone. 100% were wearing it when entering. Probably 30% were wearing it in the stadium. So, I don't think a mask mandate is going to make a difference. If that's what it is, then I guess it's just for optics. I doubt they actually believe it would be followed or enforceable.
  4. It's a penalty when the WR is trying to come back for the ball (which they were in this case, so I totally agree it was DPI) It's not a penalty if the two are running in step. So we see the same technique by the CB getting called differently every game, which is what's confusing fans. But we have to keep in mind that it all depends on the receiver's positioning. Being a CB in this league is pretty tough.
  5. This doesn't help your argument. Slater is a 36 yr old backup WR. For legit comparison, Taiwan Jones is 33 years old and is only getting paid 1.7 mil. That's 1.7 against the salary cap compared to Slater's 2.6. Matakevich is a 28 yr old back up LB. Guys in their prime get paid more than guys in their late 30s... Bills also have Bass on a cheap draft pick deal. Overall the Bills are 22nd in cap dollars spent towards the 3 dedicated special teamers: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/positional/special/ So, yeah... you need to show actual data that supports your claim. Otherwise, it's hard to take it seriously.
  6. Oh, @Penfield45... Where art thou.... And that's why you're a practice squad QB
  7. Compare it to the other 31 teams. Give us the actual numbers. This kind of statement is pointless without a source.
  8. He ran through a glass door It was some kind of strong hallucinogenic
  9. Was that trickery from Gruden. Baltimore was certainly fooled. Had no one back there.
  10. This is great. I really want the Ravens to lose.
  11. Should've pounded it in with Jacobs. Raiders pulled a Seattle. If he's not healthy enough to run it, then he shouldn't be out there. That means he's not healthy enough to block, either.
  12. Two time the CBs were beat (long throw to Claypool; TD to Johnson) White and Wallace had perfect position, but the WR just made a great play.
  13. The epitome of those "outside distractions" McDermott keeps talking about...
  14. They showed a Steelers fan in the Rams/Bears game and now they just showed a Steelers fan in the Ravens/Raiders game... Is everyone else seeing this or am I just haunted?
  15. The label is "fanatics" for a reason. If fans what to get high and low week to week, more power to em. As long as the team stays consistent. Their pressers seem to indicate their heads are in the right place. 👍
  16. This sums it up pretty well. Out of all the receivers, Allen seemed to have the best connections with Diggs and Davis. Should've rode those two in the passing game and ran the ball more on 1st down. I expect them to fix some things. These coaches have shown time and again that they can improve during the season, so it's weird that some posters seem to be doubting them so much. Just overreacting to game 1. I can't imagine how depressed Packers fans are right now.
  17. @IronMaidenBillsover here wanting new coordinators after week 1... 🙄 You sound like we're still in the playoff drought.
  18. Chiefs get a gift on the 15 yd line. That's nice.
  19. They're still losing by 9 Please give us your whiny "sigh" again
  20. The Browns haven't won in week 1 since 2004. 0-15-1 That's an incredible stat.
