If I was an owner, Moore and Eberflus are at the top of my list depending on what kind of focus I want (offense or defense). Considering Moore's situation in Dallas, I bet he's content on waiting until McCarthy leaves. With that in mind, I'd probably end up with Eberflus' defense and whoever he brings along as offensive coordinator. I wouldn't be surprised if it's their current QB coach Milanovich, who has OC experience and probably has aspirations to do that at the NFL level. He also had success with Bortles under Hackett, like you mentioned, and coached Minshew Mania.
